ज्याअर्थी खालील सही करणार अधिकृत अधिकारी, श्री. महेश को. ऑप. बँक लि. नाशिक यांना दि. सिक्युरिटायझेशन ॲन्ड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनान्शीयल अॅसेटस् अॅण्ड इन्फोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंररेस्ट अॅक्ट 2002 आणि दि सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (इन्फोर्समेंट) रुल्स् 2002 या कायद्याच्या नियम 8 सह वाचल्या जाणाऱ्या कलम 13 ( 12 ) नुसार प्राप्त अधिकारात खाली नमुद केलेल्या बँकेच्या कर्जदार/सहकर्जदार/जामीनदार व मिळकतीचे संमतीदारांना मागणी नोटीस दि.31/03/2025 रोजी बजावली असून त्यानुसार सदर नोटीस नोटीस मिळाल्याच तारखेपासून 60 दिवसांच्या आत उल्लेखित थकित कर्जाची रक्कम त्यावरील व्याजखर्चासह भरावी असे बजावण्यात आलेले होते.
कर्जदार श्री. राजेंद्र केदा दळवी, सहकर्जदार - श्री. प्रशांत ओंकार पाटील आणि जामीनदार 1) श्री. सुनिल केंदा दळवी 2 ) श्री. श्रीकांत यादवराव पवार 3 ) सौ. सुनिता स्नेहल अहिरराव हे सदर रक्कम परत करण्यास असमर्थ ठरल्याने विशेषत: नमूद कर्जदार/जामीनदार/संमतीदार आणि सर्वसाधारण जनता यांना नोटीस देणेत येते की, खाली सही कणार यांनी सदर कायद्याच्या सेक्शन 13 (4) व रुल्स् 9 अंतर्गत प्राप्त अधिकारांचा वापर करुन खाली नमूद केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा दि. 04/02/2025 रोजी प्रतिकात्मक ताबा घेतलेला आहे.
विशेषतः कर्जदार तेसच सर्वसामान्य जनतेला या नोटीसीद्वारे सूचना देण्यात येते की, खालील उल्लेखित केलेल्या मिळकतीसंबंधी कोणीही कोणताही व्यवहार करु नये. असा कोणताही व्यवहार केल्यास तो श्री. महेश - को-ऑप. बँक लि. नाशिकचे खाली उल्लेखित केलेल्या थकित कर्जाऊ रक्कम व त्यावरील अद्यावत व्याज खर्चासह होणाऱ्या रकमेच्या कर्जबोजासह राहील.
तसेच याद्वारे कर्जदारांना सूचित करण्यात येते की, सदर कायद्याच्या कलम 13 ( 8 ) च्या तरतुदीनुसार उपलब्ध वेळेतच त्यांना त्यांच्या मिळकती सोडविता येतील/परत ठेऊन घेता येतील.

Notice of Possession
(For Immovable / Immovable Property)
WHEREAS the undersigned Authorized Officer, Shri. Mahesh Ko. Op. Bank Ltd. Nashik dt. Demand to the borrowers/co-borrowers/guarantors and consenting parties of the Bank named below in the power conferred under Section 13 (12) read with Rule 8 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 and the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002 The notice was issued on 31/03/2025 and accordingly the said notice was issued to pay the said outstanding loan amount along with interest charges within 60 days from the date of receipt of the notice.
Borrower Mr. Rajendra Keda Dalvi, Co-borrower - Shri. Prashant Omkar Patil and Guarantor 1) Shri. Sunil Kenda Dalvi 2 ) Shri. Shrikant Yadavrao Pawar 3 ) Mrs. Sunita Snehal Ahirrao being unable to repay the said amount, notice is hereby given to the said debtors/guarantors/consentors and the general public in particular that the undersigned Kanar in exercise of his powers under Section 13 (4) and Rules 9 of the said Act, shall dispose of the properties mentioned below. Symbolic possession is taken on 04/02/2025.
In particular, the borrowers as well as the general public are advised by this notice that no one should transact any business related to the income mentioned below. In case of any such transaction, it is Shri. Mahesh - Co-op. Bank Ltd. Nashik shall continue to be liable for the outstanding loan amount as mentioned below and the accrued interest thereon along with the amount incurred.
It is also hereby intimated to the borrowers that they can redeem/withhold their proceeds only within the time available as per the provisions of Section 13 (8) of the said Act.
