मुळदस्त गहाळ झाले बाबत जाहीर नोटीस..
तमाम लोकांना या जाहिर नोटीसीने कळविण्यात येते की,
१) मिळकतीचे वर्णन - तु. जि. नाशिक पो. तु. ता. मालेगांव पैकी ग्रामपंचायत हद्दीतील मौजे - वडगाव शिवारातील सिटी सर्व्हे नंबर २३४, क्षेत्र ६४.३० चौ.मी. यांसी चतुः सिमा मंजुर गावनकाशा प्रमाणे...
२) वर कलम १ यात वर्णन केलेली मिळकत हि रुपाली बापू शेवाळे यांचे खरेदी मालकीची मिळकत आहे. सदर मिळकत पुर्वीचे मालक विजय दौलत शेवाळे रा वडगांव ता. मालेगांव जि. नाशिक यांचेकडून कायम फरोख्त खरेदीखत दस्तान्वये विकत घेतलेले असून त्याचा खरेदीखत दस्त क्र. ९३२७/२०११ दि.२९/०९/२०११ रोजीचे खरेदीखत दस्त मिळकतीचे पुर्वी चे मालकाने आमचे पक्षकारास दिले होते. तसेच सदर मिळकत खरेदी घेण्यापुर्वीचे मालक विजय दौलत शेवाळे यांनी दौलत नानजी शेवाळे यांचेकडून खरेदीखत दस्तान्वये त्याचा खरेदीखत दस्त क्र. मलन - २-४८५७/२००५ दि. ०८/११/२००५ अन्वये विकत घेतलेले आहे,
तरी सदर वर वर्णनाप्रमाणे दोन्ही कायम फरोख्त खरेदीखताचा दस्त त्याचा खरेदीखत दस्त क्र. ९३२७/२०११ दि.२९/०९/२०११ व दस्त क्र.मलन- २- ४८५७/२००५ दि. ०८/११/२००५ सदर व्यवहाराचा मूळ खरेदीखत दस्त व दस्ताची मुळ रजिष्ट्रेशन पावती पुर्वीचे मुळ मालकाने आमचे पक्षकार यांचेकडे दिला होता. आमचे पक्षकार हे मौजे वडगांव येथे कागदपत्रांची झेरॉक्स करण्याकरीता वडगांव परिसरात दि. १३/०१/२०२५ रोजी झेरॉक्स करण्याकरीता गेले असता वर वर्णनाप्रमाणे ९३२७/२०११ दि. २९/०९/२०११ रोजीचे खरेदीखत दस्ताती पान नं.६ व दस्त क्र.मलन - २-४८५७/२००५ दि.०८/११/२००५ या दस्तातील मुळ रजिष्ट्रेशन पावती व मुळ खरेदीखत नजरचुकीने गहाळ झालेले आहेत. त्याचा भरपूर शोध घेतला असता ते सापडून आलेले नाही. यास्तव हि जाहिर नोटीस प्रसिध्द केली आहे.
सबब सदर मूळ दस्तऐवज व रजिष्ट्रेशन पावती भविष्यात कोणासही आढळून आल्यास त्यांनी आमचे कार्यालयात आणून देण्याचे करावे वा अगर सदर दस्ताबाबत कोणाचाही, कोणताही प्रकारच्या हरकती असल्यास त्यांनी आमचे खालील पत्त्यावर साक्षांकित प्रतिसह ७ दिवसांचे मुदतीत लेखी हरकत नोंदवावी. मुदतीत कोणाचीही हरकत न आल्यास प्रस्तुत दस्ताबाबत कोणाचीही, कोणत्याही प्रकारची हरकत नाही असे ग्राहय धरण्यात येईल व मग भविष्यात कोणाचीही, कोणत्याही प्रकारची तक्रार ऐकून घेतली जाणार नाही. कळावे, हि जाहिर नोटीस... दि.४/०३/२०२५

Public notice regarding the missing of the original..
All the public are informed by this public notice that,
1) Description of Income - Tu. Dist. Nashik Po. you h Mauje within Gram Panchayat limits of Malegaon - City Survey No. 234 of Vadgaon Shivara, area 64.30 sq.m. Yansi Chatu: Like Sima Manjur Gawankasha...
2) The income described in Clause 1 above is the purchase ownership income of Rupali Bapu Shewale. The previous owner of the said income was Vijay Daulat Shewale of Vadgaon. Malegaon District Kasim Farokht Purchase Bills have been purchased from Nashik and his Purchase Bill No. 9327/2011 Purchase deed dated 29/09/2011 was given to our party by the owner of the previous income. Also, the owner Vijay Daulat Shewale, before purchasing the said property, from Daulat Nanji Shewale, his purchase deed document no. Malan - 2-4857/2005 dt. Purchased on 08/11/2005,
However, as described above, both permanent Farokht Purchase Deeds of Purchase Deeds No. 9327/2011 dt. 29/09/2011 and Dast No. Malan-2- 4857/2005 dt. 08/11/2005 The original purchase deed and the original registration receipt of the said transaction were given by the original owner to our party. Our party is going to Vadgaon area for xeroxing of documents at Mauje Vadgaon. 9327/2011 as described above when it went for xerox on 13/01/2025. Purchase deed dated 29/09/2011 page no.6 and document no.Malan - 2-4857/2005 dated 08/11/2005 original registration receipt and original purchase deed are missing by mistake. It has not been found after much searching. Therefore, this public notice is published.
If anyone finds the said original document and registration receipt in the future, they should bring it to our office or if anyone has any kind of objection regarding the said document, they should file a written objection with a certified copy at the following address within 7 days. If no objection is raised within the deadline, it will be assumed that there is no objection of any kind regarding the submitted document and then no complaint of any kind will be entertained in the future.
