स्पेशल मुख्त्यारपत्र रद्द केल्याची जाहिरनोटीस
तमाम जनतेस व राजेंद्र शंकरलाल ओस्तवाल, रा. जुना आग्रा रोड, मालेगांव जि नाशिक यांना आमचे पक्षकार सुरैय्या बानो मोहम्मद आमिन, रा. खुशामदपूरा, मालेगांव जि नाशिक यांनी दिलेल्या माहितीवरुन व प्रत्यक्ष दाखविलेल्या कागदपत्रावरुन सदरहू स्पेशल मुख्त्यारपत्र रद्द केल्याची जाहिर नोटीस प्रसिध्द करण्यात येत आहे.
१) मिळकतीचे वर्णन :- तु. जि. नाशिक पो. तु. ता. मालेगांव पैकी मालेगांव महानगर पालिका हद्दीतील सायने ब्रुदूक शिवारातील शेतजमीन गट नं ४३८/२, क्षेत्र १ हे. ८४ आर पैकी आमचे पक्षकार यांचे १ हे. ६८ आर, आकार ५ रु. ३८ पैसे सदरहू शेतजमीन ही आमचे पक्षकार यांचे कायदेशीर मालकीची व कब्जेतील शेतजमीन आहे.

२) वर उल्लेख केलेली शेतजमीनीसंबंधी आमचे पक्षकार नावे सुरैय्या बानो मोहम्मद आमिन यांनी राजेंद्र शंकरलाल ओस्तवाल यांना दुय्यम निबंधक कार्यालय, मालेगांव क्र. २ यांचे कार्यालयात दि. २५/१/२०१६ रोजी स्पेशल मुख्त्यारपत्र दस्त क्र. ३५८/२०१६ हा केवळ खरेदीखतातील सहया कबूल व खरेदीखत नोंदवून देणे इ. साठी लिहून व नोंदवून दिले होते. परंतु आता राजेंद्र शंकरलाल ओस्तवाल यांच्यावर आमच्यापक्षकाराचा विश्वास राहिलेला नाही त्यामुळे आमचे पक्षकाराने आजरोजी दि. ५/३/२०२५ रोजी सदरहू स्पेशल मुख्त्यारपत्र दस्त क्र. ३५८/२०१६ कायमस्वरुपी रदद केलेले आहे. आजपासून राजेंद्र शंकरलाल ओस्तवाल हयांना वर उल्लेख केलेल्या शेतजमीनी हस्तांतर करण्यासंदर्भात कोणतेही अधिकार शिल्लक राहिलेले नाहीत. त्यामुळे कोणाही व्यक्तीने वर उल्लेख केलेल्या शेतजमीनीसंदर्भात राजेंद्र शंकरलाल ओस्तवाल यांच्यासोबत सदरहू शेतजमीन खरेदीविक्री संदर्भात अथवा कोणत्याही मार्गाने हस्तांतर करण्या संदर्भात कोणताही व्यवहार करु नये, यासाठी सदरहू जाहिर नोटीस प्रसिध्द केली आहे. येणेप्रमाणे स्पेशल मुख्त्यारपत्र रद्द केल्यानंतर राजेंद्र शंकरलाल ओस्तवाल यांनी स्वतः अथवा कोणाही त्रयस्थ व्यक्तीसोबत उल्लेख केलेली शेतजमीन हस्तांतरीत करणेबाबत कोणताही व्यवहार केल्यास सर्व संबंधीत व्यक्ती पोलीस कारवाईस व दिवाणी कारवाईस पात्र रहातील.

Notice of Revocation of Special Power of Attorney
To all the people and Rajendra Shankarlal Ostwal, Res. Old Agra Road, Malegaon Ji Nashik to our party Suraiya Bano Mohammad Amin, Res. Based on the information given by Khushamadpura, Malegaon District Nashik and from the actual document shown, a public notice of the cancellation of the said Special Power of Attorney is being published.
1) Description of Income :- Tu. Dist. Nashik Po. you h Agricultural Land Group No. 438/2, Area 1 in Sine Bruduk Shivara in Malegaon Municipal Corporation. 1 of our partisans out of 84 r. 68 R, Size 5 Rs. 38 Paise The said agricultural land is the agricultural land legally owned and occupied by our party.

2) Our party names in respect of the agricultural land mentioned above Suraiya Bano Mohammad Amin to Rajendra Shankarlal Ostwal Sub Registrar Office, Malegaon no. 2 in the office d. Special power of attorney dated 25/1/2016 No. 358/2016 is only acknowledgment of purchase deed and registration of purchase deed etc. was written and recorded for But now our party has no faith in Rajendra Shankar Lal Ostwal, so our party today d. On 5/3/2025 the said special power of attorney document no. 358/2016 is permanently cancelled. As of today, Rajendra Shankarlal Ostwal has no right to transfer the above mentioned agricultural land. Therefore, this public notice has been issued to prevent any person from entering into any transaction with Rajendra Shankar Lal Ostwal in relation to the above mentioned agricultural land in connection with the sale or purchase of the said agricultural land or in any way to transfer it. After canceling the Special Power of Attorney, if Rajendra Shankar Lal Ostwal himself or any third party does any transaction regarding the transfer of the said agricultural land, all the concerned persons will be liable to police action and civil action.
