तमाम जनतेस व विशेषतः तमाम जनतेस व विशेषतः अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी रा. ९११/१२४ / लल्ले चौक इस्लामपुरा मालेगाव ता. मालेगाव जि. नाशिक यांना या जाहीर प्रकटनाने कळविण्यात येते की, यांना आणि अॅड. माधुरी गोपीनाथ मुर्यवंशी, मालेगांव कोर्ट, जि. नासिक यांना आमचे अशील राजगोपाल जगदीश राठी रा. बुधवार वॉर्ड मालेगाव जि. नाशिक यांचे मार्फत दै. दिनकर या दिनांक २१/०२ / २०२५ रोजीच्या वृत्तपत्रात तुकडी जिल्हा नाशिक पोट तुकडी ता. मालेगाव पैकी मालेगाव महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील मौजे बुधवार वार्ड हद्दीतील बांधीव घर मिळकत सिटी सर्व्हे नंबर ३५६ यासी क्षेत्र १४५.५ चौ.मी. बाबत सौदा रद्द केल्याबाबतच्या जाहीर नोटीसीस उत्तरास उत्तर खालील देण्यात येते की,
तुम्ही दिनांक २५/०२/२०२५ रोजी वरील मिळकतीबाबत सौदा रद्द केल्याबाबतची नोटीसीस उत्तर प्रसिध्द केलेली नोटीस ही पुर्णतः बेकायदेशिर असून खोटे, गळेपडु स्वरुपाची आहे.
वरील मिळकत ही आमचे अशील राजगोपाल जगदीश राठी रा. बुधवार वॉर्ड मालेगाव जि. नाशिक यांच्या मालकीची व कब्जे वहिवाटीतील आहे. आमचे अगिताशी सदर मिळकत खरेदी घेण्या संदर्भात दिनांक १७.१०.२०२३ रोजी श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी यांनी सौदे करारनामा केलेला होता. सदर मिळकतीबाबतचा सौदेकरार झालेनंतर विहित मुदतीत मिळकतीच्या किंमतीपैकी २५ टक्के रक्कम श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी आमचे अशिलांना सदर मिळकतीवरील महेश को ऑप बैंक यांचा बोजा उत्तरविणेकामी अदा करणार होते. त्यानुसार दिनांक २३.१२.२०२३ पावेतो मिळकतीच्या किंम तीपोटी राहीलेली उर्वरीत रक्कम अदा करून श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी मिळकतीची खरेदी घेणार होते. त्याशिवाय आमचे अशिलांनी सदरची मिळकत निर्वेध व निर्वाज असल्याचा भरोसा देवून तशी खात्री अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी यांची पटवून दिलेली होती व आहे. आमचे अशिलांनी श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी यांना वेळोवेळी सदरची मिळकत खरेदी घेणे विषयी व सौदा पूर्ण करणे विषयी वारंवार विनंती करुन देखील श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी यांनी त्यांना माहीती असलेल्या कारणास्तव आजपावेतो सदर मिळकतीची खरेदी घेतलेली नाही, अथवा मिळकतीच्या किंमतीपोटी उर्वरीत रकम आमच्या अशीलांना अदा केलेली नाही. श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी यांना वर नमूद मिळकतीचा व्यवहार पुर्ण करण्याची इच्छा दिसत नाही. सदरचा सौदा पूर्ण करावा याकामी वारंवार सूचना देवून देखील तशी विनंती करून देखील श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी है इतरांच्या बहकाव्यात येवून सौदा पूर्ण करत नाही. थी. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी यांनी दिलेल्या मुदतीत वर नमूद मिळकतीबाबतचा सौदा पुर्ण न केल्याने सदरचा सौदा रद्द केला आहे. गावावत, आमचे अशिल यांना थी. अतिक बहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी यांनी आमच्या अशिलांचा विश्वास संपादन करण्यासाठी त्यांना अदा केलेली रक्कम आमचे अशिल यांनी त्यांचे फोन पे नंबर ९३७०२५१५२५ च्या माध्यमातून फोन पे द्वारे श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी यांचा फोन पे नंबर ९३२५४४५५४३ या फोन नंबरशी संलग्र बँकेच्या खात्यात फोन पे द्वारे दिनांक २५.०२.२०२५ रोजी परत केलेली आहे. आमचे अशिलाशी बरील मिळकतीच्या संदर्भात श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी यांचा आत्ता कोणताही संबंध राहीलेला नाही. श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी हे नामचे हित शत्रू असलेले श्री. गोविंदनारायण कनैयालाल तोतला, रा. १०६, जाखोटिया मार्केट, तांबाकाट, मालेगाव, ता. जि. नाशिक यांच्या सांगण्यावरून मुद्दामुन मिळकती बाबत वाद उपस्थित करून मिळकत वादग्रस्त करीत आहे व खरेदी घेत नव्हते श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी यांना वर नमूद मिळकतीचा व्यवहार पुर्ण करण्याची इच्छा दिसत नव्हती व नाही. त्यामुळे आमचे अशील यांनी सदर चा सौदा रद्द केला आहे
सबब या नोटीस उत्तरातस उत्तर द्वारे आपणास कळविण्यात येते की, वर नमूद मिळकती संदर्भात श्री. अतिक अहमद मसूद अहमद अन्सारी यांचा कथित पूर्ण न केलेला सौदा रद्द करण्यात आला आहे. सदर मिळकती संदर्भात कोणाचेही कुठल्याही प्रकारचे हक्क अथवा हितसंबंध आमचे अशिलावर अथवा त्यांच्या मालकी हक्कावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही.

REPLY TO PUBLIC NOTICES REPLY OF CANCELLATION OF DEAL
To all the people and especially to all the people and especially Atiq Ahmad Masood Ahmad Ansari. 911/124 / Lalle Chowk Islampura Malegaon T. Malegaon District Nashik is hereby notified that he and Adv. Madhuri Gopinath Muryavanshi, Malegaon Court, Dist. Our Ashil Rajgopal Jagdish Rathi Res. Budhwar Ward Malegaon Distt. Through Nashik. Dinkar in newspaper dated 21/02/2025 Tukdi District Nashik Pot Tukdi Ta. Out of Malegaon, Malegaon Municipal Corporation limits of Mauje Budhwar Ward limits of built house income City Survey No. 356 Yasi Area 145.5 Sq.m. In response to the public notice regarding the cancellation of the deal, the following is the reply:
The notice published by you in reply to the notice dated 25/02/2025 regarding the cancellation of the deal regarding the above income is totally illegal and is false and fraudulent.
The above income is our Ashil Rajgopal Jagdish Rathi Res. Budhwar Ward Malegaon Distt. Owned and occupied by Nashik. On 17.10.2023, Shri. Atiq Ahmed Masood Ahmed Ansari signed the deal. 25 percent of the price of the income within the prescribed period after entering into the bargaining agreement regarding the said income. Atiq Ahmed Masood Ahmed Ansari was to pay the lien of Mahesh Co-Op Bank on the said income to our clients. Accordingly, on 23.12.2023, by paying the remaining amount below the minimum income, Shri. Atiq Ahmed Masood Ahmed Ansari was going to purchase the property. Apart from that, our clients had and have assured Atiq Ahmad Masood Ahmad Ansari that the said income is pure and innocent. Our clients Mr. Mr. Atiq Ahmed Masood Ahmed Ansari repeatedly requested to purchase the said property and complete the deal. Atiq Ahmad Masood Ahmad Ansari has not purchased the said property till now for reasons known to him, or has not paid the remaining amount towards the price of the property to us. Mr. Atiq Ahmed Masood Ahmed Ansari does not seem willing to complete the above mentioned income transaction. Shri. Atiq Ahmed Masood Ahmed Ansari Hai does not fulfill the bargain by being misled by others. was Atiq Ahmad Masood Ahmed Ansari has canceled the deal for not completing the deal regarding the above mentioned income within the given time frame. In the village, our Ashil had it. Atik Bahamad Masood Ahmed Ansari paid to our client to earn his trust our client through his phone pay number 9370251525 through phone pay to Mr. Atiq Ahmad Masood Ahmed Ansari's phone pay number 9325445543 has been returned to the bank account linked to phone pay on 25.02.2025 through phone pay. Regarding the income of our respondent Shri. Atiq Ahmed Masood Ahmed Ansari is not in any relationship now. Mr. Mr. Atiq Ahmad Masood Ahmad Ansari who is an enemy of the name. Govindnarayan Kanaiyalal Totla, Res. 106, Jakhotia Market, Tambakat, Malegaon, Tel. Dist. On Nashik's request, Mr. was disputing the income by raising a dispute regarding the income and was not buying. Atiq Ahmed Masood Ahmed Ansari did not and does not seem willing to complete the transaction of the above mentioned income. So our Ashil has canceled the deal
In reply to this notice, you are hereby informed that in respect of the above mentioned income, Shri. Atiq Ahmed Masood Ahmed Ansari's alleged unfinished deal has been cancelled. We shall not be bound by any kind of right or interest of any person in relation to the said income on the property or on their ownership rights.
