मिळकतीचे वर्णन :- १) तु. जि. नासिक, पो. तु. ता. मालेगांव पैकी, मालेगांव महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील भायगांव शिवारातील शेतजमिन मिळकत शिवार भायगांव, गट नंबर २२६ / २ /२, क्षेत्र ०.८ आर,
२) तु. जि. नासिक, पो. तु. ता. मालेगांव पैकी, मालेगांव महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील भायगांव शिवारातील शेतजमिन मिळकत शिवार भायगांव, गट नंबर २२६/२/२, क्षेत्र ०.३२ आर,
सदर मिळकतीबाबत दिनांक ७/०३/२०२५ रोजी दिनकर वर्तमानपत्रात अॅडव्होकेट राकेश डी. खैरनार, मालेगांव कोर्ट यांचे मार्फत टायटल व्हेरिफिकेशन जाहीर नोटीस प्रसिध्द करण्यांत आलेली आहे. सदर जाहीर नोटीसीवर आमचे पक्षकारांची सक्त हरकत आहे. सदर जमिन ही गट नंबर २२६ / १, यातील खरेदी केलेल्या क्षेत्रातील मिळकत आहे. पुर्वर्वीच व्यवहार हे खोडसाळपणाने करण्यांत आलेले आहे. संपूर्ण क्षेत्र गट नंबर २२६ / १ चा आहे व गट नंबर २२६ / १ ही डॉ. रामचन्द्र राव यांची खरेदीखताने मालकीची आहे परंतु, ७/१२ उताऱ्यावर क्षेत्र कमी असल्यानें त्याचा गैरफायदा घेवुन काही बेकायदेशिर व्यवहार करण्यांत आलेले आहे. सदर मिळकतीबाबत मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयात प्रकरण अपीलात प्रलंबित आहे. श्री. रामचन्द्र राव हे मयत झाल्यानंतर सदरच्या मिळकतीचे मालक आमचे पक्षकार श्रीमती रेखा रामचन्द्र राव हे आहेत. श्री. राकेश खैरनार वकिलांना सविस्तर हरकतीची नोटीस बजाविण्यांत आलेली आहे.
सबब, तमाम जनतेस या जाहीर हरकत नोटीसीने कळविण्यांत येते की, दिनांक ७/०३/२०२५ रोजीचे जाहीर नोटीसीवर आमचे पक्षकारांची सक्त हरकत आहे. सदर मिळकतीबाबत कोणीही कोणत्याही प्राकारचे व्यवहार करु नये केल्यांस ती व्यक्तिगत जबाबदार राहतील व जमिनीबाबतचे मालकी हक्क हे वादग्रस्त असल्याने ते कायद्याने मालक होणार नाही. ही जाहीर नोटीस हरकत श्रीमती रेखा रामचन्द्र राव

Public objection notice
All the public and especially Vijay Gulabrao Sonwane, Suresh Ramdas Patil, Dadaji Bhivasan Wagh, Ashok Bhimrao Wagh, Mitesh Deepak Kalantri are objected to the notices issued by them through Title Verification Act Advocate Rakesh Dinkar Khairnar.

Advocate Rakesh D. in Dinkar newspaper dated 7/03/2025 regarding the said income. Title verification public notice has been published through Khairnar, Malegaon Court. Our parties strongly object to the said public notice. The said land is income from the purchased area in Group No. 226 / 1. In the past, the transaction has been done fraudulently. The entire area belongs to Group No. 226 / 1 and Group No. 226 / 1 is Dr. Ramachandra Rao owns it through purchase but due to lack of area on the 7/12 slope, it has been taken advantage of and some illegal transactions have been carried out. Regarding the said income, the case is pending in Bombay High Court in appeal. Mr. After the death of Ramachandra Rao, the owner of the said property is our party Smt. Rekha Ramachandra Rao. Reason, this public objection notice comes to inform all the public that our parties have strong objection to the public notice dated 7/03/2025. If no one does any kind of transaction regarding the said income, he will remain personally responsible and since the ownership rights of the land are disputed, he will not be the owner by law.
