टायटल व्हेरिफिकेशन जाहिर नोटीस
तमाम जनतेस कळविण्यात येते की,
मिळकतीचे तपशिल वर्णन तु. जि. नाशिक, पो. तु. ता. मालेगांव पैकी मालेगांव महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील बिनशेती प्लॉट मिळकत भुमापन क्र. ६२/७९ यासी क्षेत्र - १०५.८६ चौ. मी. यासी चतु:सिमा गाव नकाशा प्रमाणे व मंजूर महसुल अभिलेखाप्रमाणे.
आमचे पक्षकार यानी सदरहु वरील प्लॉट मिळकतीचे विकत करण्याचा सौदा सदरहु प्लॉट मिळकतीचे मुळ मालक नामे श्रीमती मिरावती प्रकाश जिरे, रा. मालेगांव कॅम्प, ता. मालेगांव, जि. नाशिक यांचे नावावर असलेल्या व त्यांच्या मालकीच्या व कब्जे वहिवाटीतील प्लॉट मिळकती असुन सदरहु मिळकत मालक यांनी वर वर्णन केलेल्या प्लॉट मिळकतीबाबत आमचे पक्षकार यांच्याशी सदरची प्लॉट मिळकत खरेदी करणे बाबतचा सौदा निश्चित केलेला आहे. मुळ मालकाने आमचे पक्षकाराकडून सदरहु मिळकतीच्या सौद्यापोटी इसाराची रक्क्रम देखील स्विकारलेली आहे.
सदर वर वर्णन केलेले मुळ मालकाचे त्याच्या नावावरील व कब्जे वहिवाटीतील प्लॉट मिळकत ही निर्वेध व निर्बीज आहे. सदर मिळकतीवर कोणाचाही कोणत्याही स्वरुपाचा बोजा नाही, तसेच मिळकत बिनजोखमीची असल्याबाबत आमचे पक्षकार यांना मुळ मालकांनी हमी व विश्वास दिलेला
आहे. तसेच सदरहु प्लॉट मिळकतीबाबत कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क,
हितसंबंध, बोजा, लिन, चार्ज, बक्षीसपत्र, अन्नवस्त्र, मृत्युपत्र, कोर्ट वाद मनाई हुकुम लेखी कराराने गुंतविलेली नाही असे आश्वासन मुळमालकांनी आमचे पक्षकारास दिलेले आहे. म्हणुन सदरहु मिळकतीचे टायटल व्हेरिफिकेशनसाठी सदरह जाहिर नोटीस प्रसिध्द करत आहेत, सदरहु प्लॉट मिळकतीबाबत कोणचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क हितसंबंध असल्यास किंवा कोणी व्यक्तींनी वर उल्लेख केलेल्या मालकांशी सदरहू प्लॉट मिळकतीबाबत यापुर्वी कुठल्याही प्रकारे लेखी व्यवहार, दान, बक्षीस, सौदेकरारनामा, खरेदीखत इतर कोणत्याही प्रकारे व्यवहार केला असेल त्यांनी सदरहु नोटीस प्रसिध्द झाल्यापासुन ७ दिवसांचे आत आमचे खालील पत्यावर मुळ कागदपत्रांनिशी लेखी हरकत नोंदवावी मुदतीनंतर किंवा परस्पर वर्तमानपत्रात आलेल्या हरकर्तीचा विचार केला जाणार नाही व तसेच तोंडी हरकतीचा देखील विचार केला जाणार नाही. नोटीस प्रसिध्द झालेपासुन ७ दिवसांचे आत आमचेकडे लेखी हरकती खालील पत्यावर नोंदवाव्यात याव्यात, ही जाहिर टायटल व्हेरिफिकेशन नोटीस. मालेगांव दि. ०८/०३/२०२५

Title Verification Notice
All the people are informed that,
Detailed description of income. Dist. Nashik, P.O. you h Non-agricultural plot within Malegaon Municipal Corporation limits of Malegaon Income Bhumapan no. 62/79 Yasi Area - 105.86 Sq. I. Yasi Chatu:Sima village as per map and approved revenue records.
Our parties i.e. the agreement to buy the above plot income are the original owners of the said plot income Mrs. Miravati Prakash Jire, Res. Malegaon Camp, Malegaon, Dist. The plot income in the name of Nashik and owned and occupied by him and the said owner has entered into an agreement with our parties regarding the above described plot income to purchase the said plot income. The original owner has also accepted the amount of Isaar from our party for the said income transaction.
The original owner's plot income in his name and possession as described above is unencumbered and unencumbered. There is no encumbrance of any kind on the said income, and our parties are assured and trusted by the original owners that the income is risk free.

ORIGINAL OWNER ASSURES TO OUR PARTIES THAT INTERESTS, ENCOURAGEMENTS, LIENS, CHARGES, AWARDS, ANNOUNCEMENTS, WILLS, COURT QUESTIONS, INJUNCTIONS ARE NOT INVOLVED BY THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT. Therefore, publishing this public notice for title verification of the said property, if anyone has any kind of right and interest regarding the said plot property or any person has previously dealt with the above mentioned owners in any way in writing, donation, reward, bargain agreement, purchase deed in any other way, they should register their objection in writing with original documents to our address below within 7 days from the publication of the said notice. Motions received after time limit or mutual gazette will not be considered and also oral objections will not be entertained.
