नोटीसीस जाहीर खुलासा
तमांम लोकांस व विशेषतः महत विजय रामदास महाराज, रा. मालेगांव, ता. मालेगांव, जि. नाशिक यांना कळविण्यांत येते की, तु. जि.नासिक पो. तु. ता. मालेगांव महानगर पालिका व सि.स. हद्दीतील मौजे रविवार वार्ड येथील सि.स.क्र. १०६, क्षेत्र. ८८९.६० चौ. मी. ह्या मिळकतीचे संदर्भात अॅड. मनिष बोहाडे, मालेगांव कोर्ट यांचेमार्फत दि. ०९/०३/२०२५ रोजी तसेच दैनिक शाम नामा या वर्तमानपत्रात वरील मिळकतीसंबंधाने व्यवहार न करण्याचे अनुषंगाने जाहीर नोटीस प्रसिध्द करण्यांत आलेली असुन सदरच्या नोटीसीतील कथने व मजकुर खोटा व लबाडीचा असुन आमचे अशिल यांना सदरच्या नोटीसीतील म जकुर मान्य नसुन आमचे अशिल स्पष्टपणे सदरचा नोटीसीतील मजकुर नाकारीत आहेत याची नोंद घ्यावी.
सदर मिळकत ही आमचे अशिल यांचे कुटूंबाचे कायदेशिर मालकीची, कबजातील मिळकत असुन आमचे अशिल हे मुळ मालकांचे कायदेशिर वारस आहेत व आजमितीस सदर मिळकतीचे मालक आहेत. शिवदेवराव भगवंतराव राजेबहाद्दर यांनी अथवा कोणत्याही मुळ मालकाने वा कुटूंबिय घटकाने कधीही सदर मिळकर्तीचा सांभाळ करण्यासाठी सदर मिळकत तुमचे ताब्यांत दिलेली नव्हती व नाही. व तुम्हांस सांभाळण्यास देण्याचा प्रश्नच निर्माण होत नाही.
सदरील मिळकतीशी तुमचा अर्थाअर्थी काहीएक संबंध नाही. केवळ आमचे अशिल बाहेरगांवी वास्तव्यास असल्याचा गैरफायदा घेवुन तुम्ही अनाधिकाराने आमचे अशिलांचे कायदेशिर मालकीच्या मिळकतीवर तथाकथीत हक्क दर्शविण्याचा प्रयत्न चालु केला आहे व त्याच हेतुने खोटीनाटी कथने करुन स्वार्थीहेतुने सदरची नोटीस प्रसिध्द केलेली दिसते आहे. तुम्हांस अश्याप्रकारे बेकायदेशिररित्या हरकती उपस्थित करण्यांचा काहीएक अधिकार देखील नाही. तुम्ही अश्याप्रकारे बिनबुडाची नोटीस प्रसिध्द करुन आमचे पक्षकारांची निष्कारण मानहाणी केली आहे व सदरची बाब ही अत्यंत गंभीर स्वरुपाची आहे व त्यासंबंधाने अलाहीदा आमचे पक्षकार संबंधीतांविरुध्द कायदेशिर फौजदारी कारवाई करण्यांचा हक्क राखुन ठेवत आहे.
तरी सदरहू नोटीस उत्तर द्वारा खुलासा करण्यांत येतो की, सदर मिळकतीशी विजय रामदास महाराज यांचा काहीएक हितसंबंध नाही व त्यांनी प्रसिध्द केलेली बिनबुडाची हरकत कोणीही विचारात घेऊ नये व आमचे अशिल यांना त्याचे मर्जीनुरुप सदर मिळकतीची विल्हेवाट लावण्याचा कायदेशिर हक्क व अधिकार आहे याची नोंद घ्यावी. कळावे, येणेप्रमाणे खुलासा असे.

Notice Public Disclosure
To all the people and especially Mahat Vijay Ramdas Maharaj, Res. Malegaon, Malegaon, Dist. Nashik is informed that you. Dist.Nashik Po. you h Malegaon Municipal Corporation and C.S. C.S.No. 106, area. 889.60 Sq. I. In relation to this income Adv. Through Manish Bohade, Malegaon Court. On 09/03/2025 as well as in Dainik Sham Nama, a public notice was published in connection with the above income related non-transaction and the narratives and contents of the said notice are false and fraudulent and our client does not agree with the content of the said notice and our client clearly rejects the content of the said notice.
The said property is the legal property of our respondent's family, the property in possession and our respondent is the legal heir of the original owners and is the current owner of the said property. Shivdevrao Bhagwantrao Raje Bahadar or any original owner or family unit has never entrusted the said property to your custody for maintenance. And there is no question of letting you take care of it.
You have no financial connection with the said income. By taking advantage of the fact that our client is living outside the village, you have wrongfully started an attempt to show our client's rightful right to the legal ownership of the property and for the same purpose, it appears that the said notice has been published for selfish reasons by making false statements. You do not even have any right to raise such illegal objections. You have defamed our party without cause by publishing such a baseless notice and the matter is very serious and in this regard Alahida reserves the right to take legal criminal action against our party relations.
However, the said notice comes to be disclosed by the reply that Vijay Ramdas Maharaj has no interest related to the said income and no one should consider the baseless objection raised by him and it should be noted that our respondent has the legal right and authority to dispose of the said income as per his wish. It should be known, the disclosure is as it comes.
