तमाम जनतेस व मिळकत मालक मोमीन ओमेस शकील अहमद रा. सर्वे नं. ६४/२, म्हाडा, प्लॉट मालेगाव यांना जाहीर हरकत नोटीस
विषय- दिनांक ०५/०२/२०२५ रोजी दिनकर या वर्तमान पत्रात ॲड. पी. पी. गावडे, मालेगाव कोर्ट यांच्या मार्फत प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेली टायटल व्हेरीफिकेशन जाहीर नाटीसीस हरकत.
१) मिळकतीचे वर्णन - तु. जि. नाशिक पो. तु. ता. मालेगाव, मौजे लोणवाडे ग्रामपंचायत हद्दीतील व शिवारातील प्लट मिळकत गट नं. १९९, प्लॉट नंबर ३५, यासी क्षेत्र २७८.८१, चौरस मिटर यासी चतु:सिमा मंजुर अभिन्यासाप्रमाणे
२) आमचे पक्षकार यांची नोटीसीत नमुद केलेले मिळकत मालक मोमीन ओमेस शकील अहमद रा. सर्वे नंबर ६४ / २, म्हाडा, प्लॉट मालेकाव यांच्या सोबत वर नमुद मिळकतीच्या यापुर्वी आमचे पक्षकार यांनी याच क्षेत्रातील प्लॉट नंबर ३४ ची खरेदी घेतेवेळी दिनांक १९/१२/२०२४ रोजी सदरच्या प्लॉट नंबर ३५चा देखील खरेदीविक्रीचा व्यवहार केलेला असुन सदरच्या प्लॉट नंबर ३५ |साठी देखील रककम रुपये ५०,००० /- मिळकत मालक यांना इसारा पोटी रोख स्वरुपात साक्षीदार यांच्या समक्ष अदा केलेले आहेत. त्यामुळे आमचे पक्षकार वर नमुद प्लॉट नंबर ३५ चे देखील मार्च २०२५ मध्ये उर्वरीत रक्कम अदा करुन खरेदीखत नोंदविणार आहेत. यापुर्वी आमचे पक्षकार यांनी प्लॉट नं. ३४ हा त्यांच्या पत्नी नामे योगीता प्रविण ठोके यांच्या नावे मिळकत मालकाकडून घेतलेला आहे. व दोघे प्लॉटचे व्यवहार एकत्रीतरीत्या होवुन मार्च २०२५ मध्ये त्याची देखील खरेदीखत नोंदविण्याचे मिळकतत मालक व आमचे पक्षकार यांच्यात ठरलेले असुन प्लॉट नंबर ३५ देखील ज रोजी आमचे पक्षकार यांच्या ताब्यात आहेत. अश्या परिस्थितीत तुम्ही मिळकत मालकासोबत केलेला व्यवहार चुकीचा व बेकायदेशीर असुन सदरचा व्यवहारातुन तुम्ही कुठलाही प्रकारचा दस्त नोंदविल्यास सदरा दस्त आमचे पक्षकार यांच्यावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. यासाठी सदरची जाहीर हरकत नोटीस मिळकत मालकास तसेच त्यांच्या सोबत व्यवहार करणाऱ्यास व तमाम जनतेस वर नमुद मिळकतीसाठी कोणीही कुठल्याही प्रकारचे दस्त नोंदविल्यास आमचे पक्षकार यांच्यावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. यासाठी सदरची जाहीर हरकत नोटीस दिली असे.

Public objection notice
To all the people and owner Momin Omes Shakeel Ahmed Res. Survey no. Public Objection Notice to 64/2, Mhada, Plot Malegaon
Subject- In current letter dated 05/02/2025 Dinkar, Adv. P. P. Objection to title verification published through Gawde, Malegaon Court.
1) Description of Income - Tu. Dist. Nashik Po. you h Malegaon, Mauje Lonwade Gram Panchayat Boundary and plot income group no. 199, Plot No. 35, Yasi Area 278.81, Square Meters Yasi Chatu: As per Seema Manjur Act.
2) The owner of income mentioned in the notice of our party Momin Omes Shakeel Ahmed Res. Survey No. 64 / 2, Mhada, Plot Malekav, along with the above mentioned income, our party, while purchasing Plot No. 34 in the same area on 19.12. Therefore, our parties are also going to register the purchase deed of Namud Plot No. 35 in March 2025 by paying the remaining amount. Prior to this, our party plot no. 34 is taken from the owner of the income in favor of his wife Name Yogita Pravin Thoke. And it is agreed between the income owner and our party to register the purchase deed in March 2025 after the transactions of both the plots are done together and plot number 35 is also in possession of our party on J. In such a situation, the transaction you have done with the owner of the income is wrong and illegal and if you register any kind of deed from the said transaction, the said deed will not be binding on our parties. Therefore, the said public objection notice to the owner of the income as well as those dealing with them and to the entire public will not be binding on our party if anyone registers any kind of document for the said income. A public objection notice was given for this.
