वर नमुद सर्व मिळकती हे "मे. नवकार डेव्हलपर्स” या भागीदारी संस्थेचे मालकीचे होते व आहेत. सदर भागीदारी फर्म ही दि. २४/०३/१९८८ रोजी मालेगाव येथे नोंदनीकृत केलेली आहे. सदर “मे.नवकार डेव्हलपर्स ” या भागीदारी संस्थेचे भागीदार १. सौ. दक्षा मेघराज गोलेच्छा (मॅनेजिंग पार्टनर ) व २. महेंद्रभाई शंकरभाई अमीन (सायलंट पार्टनर) आहेत. सदर भागीदारी संस्थेच्या भागीदारी दस्ता प्रमाणे “भागीदार न. १ सौ. दक्षा मेघराज गोलेच्छा हे संपूर्ण भागीदारी संस्थेचे मॅनेजिंग पार्टनर म्हणून काम करणे, तसेच करार करणे, जागेचे व फ्लॅटचे खरेदी-विक्री करणे, जागेचे विकसन करारनामे करणे, तसेच भागीदारी दस्तांच्या प्यारा न. ६ व ७ प्रमाणेदोन्ही भागीदारांमध्ये ठरल्या प्रमाणे सर्व काम करणे असे सर्व अधिकार दिलेले आहेत." त्या अधिकारा प्रमाणे " भागीदार न. १ सौ. दक्षा मेघराज गोलेच्छा (मॅनेजिंग पार्टनर ) " यांनी आत्ता पर्यंत सर्व दस्त नोंदवून दिलेले आहेत." भागीदार न. २ महेंद्रभाई शंकरभाई अमीन (सायलंट पार्टनर ) ” यांनी दि. १२/०२/२०२५ रोजी वर्तमान पत्रात खोटी बेकायदेशीर अशा स्वरुपाची जाहीर इशारा नोटीस / सावधान नोटीस प्रसिद्ध केली आहे. त्यात नमूद संपूर्ण मजकूर चुकीचा, बेकायदेशीर स्वरूपाचा आहे. भागीदार न. २ महेंद्रभाई शंकरभाई अमीन हे देखील नवकार डेव्हलपर्स या भागीदारी संस्थेचे भागीदार असून ते सदरच्या भागीदारी संस्थेत "सायलंट पार्टनर” म्हणून आहेत. म्हणून वर नमूद दस्त करून देण्याचा संपूर्ण अधिकार हा भागीदारी दस्ता प्रमाणे भागीदार न. १ सौ. दक्षा मेघराज गोलेच्छा यांनाच आहे. त्यामुळे भागीदार न. १ सौ. दक्षा मेघराज गोलेच्छा यांनी खरेदीचे दस्त ज्यांना ज्यांना करून दिले आहेत ते कायदेशीर आहेत. तसेच भागीदार १. सौ. दक्षा मेघराज गोलेच्छा (मॅनेजिंग पार्टनर) २. महेंद्रभाई शंकरभाई अमीन (सायलंट पार्टनर) यांच्या मध्ये अरबीटरेशन केसेस चालू आहे. सध्या ते मे. उच्च न्यालयात न्यायप्रविष्ठ आहे. सदरच्या प्रकरणात कुठल्याही न्यायलयाने कोणत्याही प्रकारचा मनाई हुकुम दिलेला नाही. तसेच त्या प्रकरणाचा निकाल हा गुणवत्तेवर होणार आहे. तसेच दि. २०/०१/२०२५ रोजी मे. जिल्हा अधीक्षक, भूमी अभिलेख नाशिक कोर्टाने मे. नवकार डेव्हलपर्स तर्फे भागीदार न. २ महेंद्रभाई शंकरभाई अमीन यांचे देखील भागीदारी संस्थेच्या मिळकातीनां नाव लावण्यास सांगितले होते व त्या प्रमाणे त्यांचे देखील नाव लावण्यात आले
. भागीदार . २ नवकार डेव्हलपर्स या भागीदारी संस्थेचे भागीदार असल्यामुळे त्यांचे देखील नाव सदर भागीदारी संस्थेच्या मिळकतींना लागणारच होते परंतू तरी देखील दि. १२/०२/२०२५ रोजी भागीदार न. २ महेंद्रभाई शंकरभाई अमीन (सायलंट पार्टनर) यांनी अशा प्रकारचे खोटे, चुकीचे व बेकायदेशीर अशी जाहीर इशारा नोटीस / सावधान नोटीस देऊन तमाम जनतेची फसवणूक केली आहे. सबब तमाम जनतेस कळवण्यात येते की, ज्यांनी ज्यांनी मे. नवकार डेव्हलपर्स या भागीदारी संस्थे सोबत खरेदी-विक्रीचे व्यवहार केलेले आहेत ते संपूर्ण पणे कायदेशीर असून त्यांना कायद्याने कुठलीही बाधा नाही. भागीदारी दस्त प्रमाणे इतर कुठल्याही भागीदारांची संमती घेणे गरजेचे व बंधनकारक . . वर डेव्हलपर्स या भागीदारी संस्थेचे भागीदार न. १. सौ. दक्षा मेघराज गोलेच्छा यांनी सर्व व्यवहार हे मॅनेजिंग पार्टनरला भागीदारी दस्ताने दिलेल्या अधिकारा प्रमाणेच करून दिलेले आहेत.

All the above assets were and are owned by the partnership firm "Mr. Navkar Developers". The said partnership firm was registered at Malegaon on 24/03/1988. The partners of the said partnership firm "Mr. Navkar Developers" are 1. Mrs. Daksha Meghraj Golechcha (Managing Partner) and 2. Mahendrabhai Shankarbhai Amin (Silent Partner). As per "Partner No. 1 Mrs. Meghraj Golechha is given all the rights to work as a managing partner of the whole partnership, as well as to make agreements for the sale and purchase of the land, as well as to do all the work as agreed between the two partners in Para. 6 and 7 of the Partnership Deeds." As per that authority "Partner No. 1 Mrs. Daksha Meghraj Golechcha (Managing Partner)" has registered all the documents till now."Partner No. 2 Mahendrabhai Shankarbhai Amin (Silent Partner)" has published false illegal public warning notice / caution notice in the present paper dated 12/02/2025. The entire content mentioned therein is wrong, illegal in nature. Partner No. 2 Mahendrabhai Shankarbhai Amin is also a partner of Navkar Developers as a "silent partner" in the said partnership. Therefore, the entire right to execute the above-mentioned deed is not a partner's as in a partnership deed. 1 Mrs. Daksha belongs to Meghraj Golechcha. So partner no. 1 Mrs. Deeds of purchase by Daksha Meghraj Golechcha to whom they have been executed are legal. Also partner 1. Mrs. Daksha Meghraj Golechcha (Managing Partner) 2. Arbitration cases are going on between Mahendrabhai Shankarbhai Amin (silent partner). Currently it is May. Admitted to High Court. No court has given any injunction in this case. By Navkar Developers Partner No. 2 Mahendrabhai Shankarbhai Amin was also asked to name the assets of the partnership firm and he was also named accordingly.

On 12/02/2025 partner no. 2 Mahendrabhai Shankarbhai Amin (silent partner) has cheated the entire public by issuing such false, wrong and illegal public warning notices / caution notices. The reason is to inform all the people that those who The sale and purchase transactions entered into with Navkar Developers, a partnership firm, are completely legal and have no hindrance in law. Consent of any other partners is necessary and mandatory as per partnership deed. . The above developers are not partners of the partnership firm. 1. Mrs. Daksha Meghraj Golechcha has done all the dealings as per the authority given by the partnership deed to the managing partner.
