टाईटल व्हेरीफिकेशन कामी जाहिर नोटीस
तमाम जनतेस सदर नोटीसीद्वारे कळविण्यात येते की,
पक्षकारान दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार व दाखविलेल्या प्रत्यक दस्तजानुसार सदरची नोटीस आमचे पक्षकारा मार्फत प्रसिध्द करण्यात येत की,

यांसी चर्तु सिमा: पुर्व: प्लॉट नं. ६०, पश्चिग-प्लॉट नं ५८, दक्षिण- रोड, उतर- प्लॉट न ६२
उपरोक्त वर्णन केलेली मिळकत हि मिळकत मालक राकेश मिस्त्रीलाल जैन यांच्या स्वतंत्र मालकी व कब्जे उपभोगातील असुन मालकाचे नाव मिळकतीच्या ७/१२ उतारा सदरी नांवे असलेली मिळकत आहे तसेच उपरोक्त मिळकत हि हया नोटीसीचा विषय आहे. प्रथम दर्शनी पाहता उपरोक्त मिळकतीचे कायदेशीर मालक मिळवत मालक हे दिसून येत आहे. सदर मिळकतीचा सौदा मिळकत मालक यांनी आमचे पक्षकार यांच्या सोबत केलेला आहे तसेच सदर वर वर्णन केलेल्या मिळकतीचे टायटल व्हेरिफिकेशन करणे कामी सदर नोटीस काढण्यात आलेली आहे.
सबब या नोटीसीने कळविण्यात येते की, उपरोक्त मिळकतीचे संदर्भात कोणत्याही व्यतीमा कायदेशीर अधिकार, हितसंबंध, हक, इसारपावती, अधिकार, बोजा, खरेदीविक्री, कोर्ट दावे, लिज पेंडन्सी, गहाण, दान, लिन, लिज, पोटगी, चोळी बांगडी, बाबत काही म्हणने अधया हरकत असल्यास तसेच मिळकतीचे मोजमाप सदर्भात कोणाची काही तक्रार असल्यास सदर नोटीस प्रसिध्द झालेपासून ७ दिवसांच्या आत खालील पत्यांवर लेखी दस्तऐवजा सह खुलासा करावा मुदतीत कोणाचेही काहीएक हरकत व खुलासा न आल्यास वरील मिळकत ही निर्वध, निबोझ अशी आहे असे समजण्यात येईल तसेच त्यानंतर आलेल्या कोणत्याही तक्रारी बाबत विचार केला जाणार नाही व परस्पर वर्तम ानपत्रात प्रसिध्द केलेल्या हरकतींचा विचार केला जाणार नाही याची नोंद घ्यावी. मालेगाव, दि. २५/०२/२०२५

Yansi Chartu Boundary: East: Plot no. 60, West- Plot No. 58, South- Road, North- Plot No. 62
The above described income is in the sole ownership and occupation of the owner Rakesh Mistralal Jain and the name of the owner is the income named in the extract 7/12 of the income and the above income is the subject of this notice. Prima facie it appears that the owner is the legal owner of the above income. The transaction of the said property has been made by the owner of the property with our party and the said notice has been issued to verify the title of the property described above.
It is hereby notified that, in relation to the above mentioned income, any legal right, interest, right, receipt, right, encumbrance, sale, purchase, sale, court claim, lease pendency, mortgage, donation, lien, lease, alimony, choli bangli, any claims or complaints regarding the measurement of income should be disclosed with written documents to the following addresses within 7 days from the publication of the said notice. It should be noted that if there is no objection or disclosure from anyone within the time limit, the above income will be considered as unlimited, and no further complaints will be considered and the objections published in the mutual notification letter will not be considered.
