ज्याअर्थी कार्यकारी अभियंता भातसा धरण व्यवस्थापन विभाग भातसानगर शहापूर यांनी त्यांचेकडील पत्र जा.क्र. भाधव्यवि/भुसं/मुमरी भुसंपादन / ६६५ / सन २०२५ दिनांक ०६/०३/२०२५ अन्वये मौजे सारंगपुरी, ता. शहापूर, जि. ठाणे येथील स.नं. १९६/३/१ क्षेत्र ०.६८.० हे. आर. जमिन भातसा प्रकल्पांतर्गत मुमरी धरणाच्या बैठक क्षेत्राच्या कामासाठी संपादन होत असून सदर जमीन खाजगी वाटाघाटीद्वारे थेट खरेदी पद्धतीने खरेदी करण्यासंबंधी आदेश प्रपत्रासह मिळणेकामी प्रस्ताव या कार्यालयाकडे सादर केला आहे.
आणि त्याअर्थी मा. जिल्हाधिकारी ठाणे यांचेकडील पत्र क्र. उजि / भू (समन्वय) / अ- १/ मौजे खैरे/कावि-८४/२०२४ / जा.क्र. २८८ दिनांक ०६/०३/२०२४ नुसार उक्त प्रस्तावासंबंधी शासन निर्णय क्र. संकिर्ण ०३ /२०१५ प्र. क्र. ३४अ / अ-२ दिनांक १२/०५/२०१५ व दिनांक ३०/०९/२०१५ तसेच महसुल व वन विभागातील परिपत्रक क्र. एलक्युएन/०१/२०१७ प्र.क्र.१२/अ-२, दिनांक २५ जानेवारी २०१७ प्रमाणे कार्यवाही करण्याबाबत निर्देश दिलेले आहेत.
आणि ज्याअर्थी उक्त जाहीर नोटीसीद्वारे संबंधित जमीन धारकांकडुन शासनाच्या प्रचलित धोरणाप्रमाणे मुमरी धरणाचे बैठक क्षेत्राच्या कामामुळे त्यांचे पुनर्वसनासाठी लागणारी जमिन खाजगी वाटाघाटीद्वारे थेट खरेदी पध्दतीने खरेदी घेणेकामी कार्यकारी अभियंता, भातसा धरण व्यवस्थापन विभाग, भातसानगर यांचे नावे खरेदी देण्यास स्वेच्छेने तयार असल्याबाबत व जिल्हास्तरीय समितीने निश्चित केलेला मोबदला संपूर्णतः व अंतिमरीत्या स्विकारण्यास तयार असल्याबाबतची तसेच उपअधिक्षक भूमि अभिलेख शहापूर यांचेकडील प्राप्त संयुक्त मोजणी यादी नुसार अनुसुची १ मध्ये खाजगी जमीन खाजगी वाटाघाटीद्वारे थेट खरेदी पध्दतीने कार्यकारी अभियंता, भातसा धरण व्यवस्थापन विभाग, भातसानगर यांचे नावे घेणेबाबत जाहीर नोटीस प्रसिध्द करीत आहे व हरकती मागविण्यात येत आहेत.

त्याअर्थी, आता
उक्त शासन निर्णय आणि शासन परिपत्रकातील तरतुदीनुसार, मी श्री अमित सानप, अधिकारी, भिवंडी विभाग भिवंडी याद्वारे
उपविभागीय
(एक) अनुसूची एक मध्ये नमुद खाजगी क्षेत्रातील जमिन खाजगी वाटाघाटीद्वारे थेट खरेदी पद्धतीने मुमरी धरणाचे बैठक क्षेत्राच्या कामामुळे शेतीचे नुकसान होत असल्याने व भविष्यांत मुमरी धरणात पाणीसाठी ओवरफ्लो झालेनंतर त्यांचे पुनर्वसनासाठी लागणारी जमिन कार्यकारी अभियंता, भातसा धरण व्यवस्थापन विभाग, भातसानगर यांचे नावे घेणेबाबत जाहीर नोटीस प्रसिद्ध करीत आहे. आणि (दोन) प्रकल्पासाठी जमिन थेट खरेदी घेताना जिल्हास्तरीय समिती मार्फत भुसंपादन पुर्नवसन व पुनर्स्थापना करताना वाजवी भरपाई मिळण्याचा हक्क व अधिनियम कायदा २०१३ मधील कलम २६ ते ३० च्या व शेड्युल १ च्या तरतुदीनुसार संबंधित जमिनीसाठी परिगणीत

होणाऱ्या एकुण मोबदल्याच्या २५% रक्कम वाढीव देऊन मोबदला निश्चित करण्यांत येईल. (तीन) संबंधित भुधारकांकडून शासनाच्या प्रचलीत धोरणाप्रमाणे खाजगी जमीन वाटाघाटीद्वारे कार्यकारी अभियंता, भातसा धरण व्यवस्थापन विभाग, भातसानगर यांचे नावे खरेदी देण्यास स्वेच्छेन तयार असल्याबाबत व जिल्हास्तरीय समितीने निश्चित केलेला मोबदला संपुर्णतः अंतिमरित्या स्विकारण्यास तयार असल्याबाबत संमतीपत्रे (विकल्प) मागवित आहे.
संबंधित भुधारकांनी ही जाहीर नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झाल्यानंतर विहीत नमुन्यातील संमतीपत्रे (विकल्प) उपविभागीय अधिकारी भिवंडी विभाग भिवंडी यांचेकडे सादर करावीत.
३. संमतीपत्राचा (विकल्प) विहीत नमुना उपविभागीय अधिकारी भिवंडी विभाग भिवंडी यांचे कार्यालयामध्ये उपलब्ध आहे. तसेच सदर नमुना या कार्यालयामार्फत / प्राधिकृत अधिकाऱ्यामार्फत भुधारकांना उपलब्ध करुन देणेत येईल.

सदर प्रकल्पासाठी निश्चित करण्यांत आलेल्या क्षेत्राच्या आराखड्याची प्रत उपविभागीय अधिकारी भिवंडी विभाग भिवंडी व कार्यकारी अभियंता, भातसा धरण व्यवस्थापन विभाग, भातसानगर या कार्यालयामध्ये कार्यालयीन वेळेत भुधारकांना / हितसंबंधीत व्यक्तींना तसेच जनतेस निरिक्षणासाठी खुली ठेवण्यांत आली आहे.

In this sense Executive Engineer Bhatsa Dam Management Department Bhatsanagar Shahapur sent his letter No. Under Bhadhavyavi/Bhusam/Mumri Bhusampadan / 665 / Year 2025 dated 06/03/2025 Mauje Sarangpuri, Tt. Shahapur, Dist. Thane S.No. 196/3/1 Area 0.68.0 ha. R. Land is being acquired under the Bhatsa project for the work of the meeting area of ​​Mumri Dam and a proposal has been submitted to this office along with the order form to purchase the said land through private negotiation through direct purchase method.
And that means Hon. Collector Thane letter no. Uji / Land (Coordination) / A- 1/ Mauje Khaire/Kavi-84/2024 / Ja.No. 288 dated 06/03/2024 regarding the said proposal Government Decision No. Narrow 03 /2015 Q. No. 34A / A-2 dated 12/05/2015 and dated 30/09/2015 and revenue and forest department circular no. LQN/01/2017 P.No.12/A-2, dated 25th January 2017 is instructed to take action.
And to the effect that by means of the said public notice, in the name of the Executive Engineer, Bhatsa Dam Management Department, Bhatsanagar, to purchase the land required for the rehabilitation of the Mumri Dam as per the prevailing policy of the Government, through private negotiation, the land required for rehabilitation in accordance with the prevailing policy of the Government, and that they are willing to accept the compensation determined by the District Level Committee in full and final, and the joint receipt of the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Shahapur According to the enumeration list, a public notice is hereby published regarding the acquisition of private land in Schedule 1 through private negotiation in the name of Executive Engineer, Bhatsa Dam Management Department, Bhatsanagar and objections are invited.

Pursuant to the provisions of the said Government Decision and Government Circular, I through Shri Amit Sanap, Officer, Bhiwandi Division Bhiwandi

(a) Public notice is hereby issued to take the land mentioned in Schedule I in the private sector through direct purchase through private negotiation in the name of Executive Engineer, Bhatsa Dam Management Department, Bhatsanagar, for the purpose of rehabilitating the land due to the loss of agriculture due to the work of the meeting area of ​​Mumri Dam and after the overflow for water in Mumri Dam. and (ii) the right to fair compensation in case of direct purchase of land for the project through the District Level Committee for Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement and as per the provisions of Sections 26 to 30 and Schedule 1 of the Act, 2013 for the concerned land.

Remuneration will be fixed by giving an increment of 25% of the total remuneration. (3) Consent letters (options) are being sought from the concerned landowners regarding their willingness to purchase the land in the name of Executive Engineer, Bhatsa Dam Management Department, Bhatsanagar through private land negotiation as per the prevailing policy of the Government and their willingness to accept the compensation determined by the District Level Committee.
After the publication of this public notice, the concerned borrowers should submit the consent forms (options) in the prescribed format to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bhiwandi Division, Bhiwandi.
3. Prescribed specimen of consent letter (option) is available in the office of Sub Divisional Officer, Bhiwandi Division, Bhiwandi. Also, the said sample will be made available to the borrowers through this office / authorized officer.

A copy of the area plan determined for the said project has been placed in the office of Sub Divisional Officer, Bhiwandi Division, Bhiwandi and Executive Engineer, Bhatsa Dam Management Department, Bhatsanagar during office hours for inspection by stakeholders / interested persons as well as public.
