सर्व जनतेस याद्वारे सुचना देण्यात येते की, माझे अशिल श्रीमती निम्मीत अलनाशिर गिलानी, हे महसुल गाव दहीसर, तालुका बोरीवली, मु.उ.जि. मधील समाविष्ठ सी.टी.एस. क्र. ११८१ आणि ११८६ ए. एस. व्ही. रोड, दहीसर (पुर्व), मुंबई- | ४०००६८ येथे स्थित "विरानी टॉवर सह. गृह. संस्था मर्या." म्हणून ज्ञात असलेल्या इमारतीतील सहावा मजला, बी विंग, अंदाजे मोजमाप ४६० चौ.फु. बिल्टअप क्षेत्रफळ असलेला फ्लॅट क्र. ६०७ चे मालक | आहेत आणि ते “विरानी टॉवर सह. गृह. संस्था मर्या." म्हणून ज्ञात असलेल्या सदर संस्थेने रीतसर जारी केलेले समाविष्ठ भाग प्रमाणपत्र क्र. ६७, भाग क्र. ३३१ ते ३३५ (सर्व समावेशित ) प्रत्येकी रु. ५०/- (रुपये पन्नास) प्रमाणे पाच भागांचे धारक आहेत. सदर फ्लॅट संदर्भात असलेले भाग प्रमाणपत्र गहाळ झाले आहे आणि अथक शोध घेवूनही सापडत नाहीत. ते श्रीमती निम्मीत अलनाशिर गिलानी यांनी मुळ भाग प्रमाणपत्र हरविल्याबद्दल संबंधित पोलिस ठाण्यातून गहाळ प्रमाणपत्र समाविष्ठ क्र. २११६२ / २०२५ दिनांक ०८.०३.२०२५ रोजी प्राप्त | केला आहे.
| कोणत्याही व्यक्तीस सदर फ्लॅट / समभाग संदर्भात कोणताही करार, वारसा, विक्री, हस्तांतरण, देवाणघेवाण, नियुक्ती, गहाणखत, प्रभार, भेट, विश्वस्त करारनामा, ताबा, व्याप्ती, भाडे, भाडेपट्टी, उप-भाडेपट्टी, प्रलंबित हुकूम, भार विनीमय, परवाना, धारणाधिकार, हिस्सा, भाडेकरार, उप-भाडेकरार, देखभाल, सुविधा, विभाजन, खटला, हुकूम, संलग्नता, अंतर्गत हुकूम किंवा कायद्याच्या अंमलबजावणीद्वारे किंवा अन्य कोणत्याही प्रकारे कोणताही दावा, हक्क, शिर्षक, मालमत्ता, वाटा किंवा स्वारस्य असल्यास, त्यांनी ही सुचना प्रकाशित झाल्यापासून पंधरा (१५) दिवसांच्या आत खालील स्वाक्षरीकर्ता यांना साक्षी / पुराव्यासहीत लेखी स्वरुपात माहीती देणे आवश्यक आहे, तसे न केल्यास अशा कोणत्याही दाव्यांचा विचार न करता श्रीमती निम्मीत अलनाशिर गिलानी यांच्या नावे दुय्यम भाग प्रमाणपत्र प्रत देण्यासाठी संस्थेला सुचविले जाईल, ते माफ केले गेले असे मानले जाईल..

All the public are hereby notified that my client Smt. Nimmeet Alnashir Gilani, Revenue Village Dahisar, Taluka Borivali, M.U.G. CTS included in No. 1181 and 1186 A. S. V. Road, Dahisar (East), Mumbai- | Located at 400068 "Virani Tower Co. Home. Institution Marya." The sixth floor of the building known as the B Wing, approximately measures 460 sq.ft. Flat with builtup area no. Owner of 607 | are and are “Deserted Tower Co. Home. Institution Marya.” Being known as the said organization duly issued by the said body containing parts certificate no. 67, part no. 331 to 335 (all inclusive) each at Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty) is the holder of five parts. The portion certificate in respect of the said flat is missing and could not be found despite relentless search. That Mrs. Nimmeet Alnashir Gilani lost the original part certificate from the concerned police station including missing certificate no. 21162 / 2025 received on 08.03.2025 has done
| Any agreement, inheritance, sale, transfer, exchange, assignment, mortgage, charge, gift, trust deed, possession, occupancy, rent, lease, sub-lease, pending decree, encumbrance exchange, license, lien, share, tenancy, sub-lease, maintenance, easement, partition, suit, decree, attachment, internal decree or by operation of law or otherwise in respect of the said flat / share to any person. If there is any claim, right, title, property, share or interest whatsoever, they are required to inform the undersigned in writing with witness/evidence within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which the institute will be suggested to issue the second part certificate copy in favor of Smt.
