सूचना ह्याद्वारे जनतेला देण्यात येत आहे की श्री. महेश विठोबा बेलवलकर हे बोनाफाईड सभासद आणि सदनिका क्र. ६०२, ६ वा मजला, ओमकार साई एसआरए सीएचएस लि., शिवाजी नगर, शहाजी राजे मार्ग, विले पार्ले, मुंबई ४०००५७ चे मालक आहेत. नमूद सदनिकेच्या जागेचे वाटप श्री. विठोबा शांताराम बेलवलकर ह्याना झोपडपट्टी प्रकल्पाचे पात्र सभासद म्हणून मूळ वाटप करण्यात आले होते ज्यांचे २९.१०.२०१९ रोजी निधन झाले असून त्यांची पत्नी श्रीमती शुभांगी विठोबा बेलवलकर ह्यांचे देखील ३०.१२.२०२३ रोजी निधन झाले असून त्याच्या पश्चात त्यांचा मुलगा श्री. महेश विठोबा बेलवलकर हेच एकमेव पात्र कायदेशीर वारस आहेत. त्यांनी नमूद सदनिकेचे कायदेशीर वारस म्हणून नमूद सदनिका त्यांच्या नावे हस्तांतरित करण्यासाठी एसआरएकडे अर्ज केला होता ज्यानुसार एसआरएने पत्र दिनांकित २१.०१.२०२५ जारी केले आणि सोसायटीला त्याना सभासद करून घेण्याचे आणि त्यांच्या नावे सदनिका हस्तांतरित करण्याचे निर्देश दिले आणि त्यानुसार सोसायटीने त्यांच्या नावे सदनिका हस्तांतरित केली. आता नमूद मालक नमूद सदनिकेची विक्री श्री. दीपक दौलत दळवी, खरेदीदार ह्यांना योग्य किंमती करू इच्छित असून निम्न स्वाक्षरीकार वकील ह्याद्वारे जर असल्यास हस्तांतरण, गहाण, भेट, धारणाधिकार, कायदेशीर वारस आणि ह्यांच्याकडून अन्य कोणत्याही प्रकारे जर दावे किंवा हरकती असल्यास ते मागवित आहेत. जर कोणत्याही प्रकारे कोणतेही दावे / हरकती असल्यास निम्नस्वाक्षरीकार वकिलांना त्यांच्या दावे / हरकतींच्या समर्थनार्थ संबंधित कागदपत्रांसह ७ दिवसांच्या आत कळवावे. विहित कालावधीमध्ये जर कोणतेही दावे प्राप्त न झाल्यास मालमत्तेवर मालकीच्या आधारे कोणताही दावा नसल्याचे आणि शीर्षक स्पष्ट आणि सर्व बोझ्यांपासून मुक्त विक्री योग्य असल्याचे समजण्यात येईल. असे देखील नमूद आणि जाहीर करण्यात येत आहे की सध्याचे मालक नमूद मालमत्ता प्रस्तावित खरेदीदाराला योग्य मोबदल्यामध्ये विकू शकतात. ठिकाण: मुंबई

Public notice
Notice is hereby given to the public that Shri. Mahesh Vithoba Belwalkar is a bonafide member and flat no. 602, 6th Floor, Owned by Omkar Sai SRA CHS Ltd., Shivaji Nagar, Shahaji Raje Marg, Vile Parle, Mumbai 400057. Allotment of the said flat land to Sh. Vithoba Shantaram Belwalkar was originally allotted as an eligible member of the slum project who died on 29.10.2019 and his wife Smt. Shubhangi Vithoba Belwalkar also died on 30.12.2023 and was succeeded by his son Shri. Mahesh Vithoba Belwalkar is the only eligible legal heir. He applied to the SRA for transfer of the said flat in his name as the legal heir of the said flat according to which the SRA issued a letter dated 21.01.2025 and directed the society to enroll him and transfer the flat in his name and accordingly the society transferred the flat in his favour. Now the said owner sold the said flat to Shri. Deepak Daulat Dalvi, the purchaser, wishes to make a fair price and the undersigned solicitors hereby request the transfer, mortgage, gift, lien, legal heirs and any other claims or objections from the same, if any. If there are any claims / objections whatsoever, the undersigned advocates should be informed within 7 days with relevant documents in support of their claims / objections. If no claims are received within the prescribed period, the property shall be deemed to have no claim on the basis of ownership and the sale shall be deemed to be valid and the title clear and free from all encumbrances. It is also stated and declared that the present owners may sell the said property to the proposed purchaser for a reasonable consideration. Location: Mumbai
