टायटल व्हेरिफिकेशनकामी जाहीर नोटीस
तमाम लोकांस या जाहिर नोटीसीने कळविण्यांत येते की,
तुकडी जिल्हा नाशिक पोट तुकडी तालुका निफाड पैकी मौजे पिंपळगांव बसवंत येथील सव्र्व्हे नंबर ५९३/१/अ मधील प्लॉट नं. २७ यांसी क्षेत्र १९९.५० चौ.मी. ही मिळकत सौ. श्वेता पवन राजगुरु व श्री. पवन मनोहर राजगुरु यांचे मालकीची व प्रत्यक्ष कब्जे वहिवाटीची अशी आहे. मात्र, सदर मिळकतीबाबत पुर्वीचे मालक सौ. सुनिता भानुदास चौधरी आणि श्री. निलेश अरविंद क्षत्रिय यांचे दरम्यान झालेला दि. ०३/०९/२०१० चा मुळ खरेदीखताचा दस्त व पुढील व्यवहारासंदर्भात मे. दुय्यम निबंधक साो., निफाड यांचे कार्यालयात दस्त अ.क्र. ७४९१/२०१३ दि. ३१/१२/२०१३ अन्वये नोंदविलेले खरेदीखत असे दोन्ही मुळ दस्त व त्यांच्या मुळ दस्त नोंदणी पावत्या गहाळ झालेल्या आहेत. परंतु सदर मिळकत निर्वेध व बिनबोजाची आहे असे सौ. चेता पवन राजगुरु व श्री. पवन मनोहर राजगुरु यांचे म्हणणे असून त्यांनी आमचं पक्षकार बँकेकडे सदर मिळकतीवर कर्जाची मागणी केलेली आहे. तरी याकामी सदर मिळकतीचे टायटलचे निर्वेधपणाची खात्री करणेबाबत सदरची जाहिर नोटीस प्रसिद्ध करीत आहोत.
सबब सदर मिळकतीवर कोणाचाही काहीएक बोजा जसे गहाण, दान, लिन, लिज, साठेखत, जनरल मुखत्यार, खरेदीखत, बक्षीसपत्र, करारनामा व इतर कोणत्याही प्रकारचे दरत वगैरे अथवा कोणत्याही प्रकारचा बोजा असल्यास त्यांनी सदरची नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासून १५ दिवसांचे आत साक्षांकित पुराव्यासह आमचे खालील पत्त्यावर येऊन खात्री पटवून द्यावी मुदतीत कोणाचीही हरकत न आल्यास सदरची मिळकत ही निबंध आहे असे समजणेत वेईल व आमची पक्षकार बैंक कर्ज वितरण करेल. मुदतीनंतर येणाऱ्या व परस्पर वर्तमानपत्रात प्रसिद्ध होणाऱ्या हरकती आमचे पक्षकार बँकेवर व सदर मिळकतीवर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही, याची नोंद घ्यावी. तसेच सदर मुळ दस्त आढळुन आल्यास खालील पत्त्यावर संपर्क साधावा. कळावे, ही जाहीर नोटीस. दि. २२/०३/२०२५.

It is hereby notified to all the public that,
Plot No. 593/1/A of Survey No. 593/1/A at Mauje Pimpalgaon Baswant of Tukadi District Nashik Pot Tukadi Taluka Niphad. 27 Yancy area 199.50 sq.m. This income Mrs. Shweta Pawan Rajguru and Shri. Owned and actually occupied by Pawan Manohar Rajguru. However, regarding the said income, the previous owner Mrs. Sunita Bhanudas Chaudhary and Shri. Dated between Nilesh Arvind Kshatriya. May 03/09/2010 regarding the original purchase order and further transaction. In the office of the Second Registrar Sr., Niphad, Dast No. 7491/2013 dt. Both the original documents and their original document registration receipts registered as on 31/12/2013 are missing. But the said income is free and unencumbered. Cheta Pawan Rajguru and Shri. According to Pawan Manohar Rajguru, he has requested a loan from our party bank on the said income. However, Yakami is publishing the said public notice to ensure the integrity of the title of the said income.
If there is any encumbrance on the said income such as mortgage, donation, lien, lease, deposit, general attorney, purchase deed, award deed, contract and any other type of document etc. or any kind of encumbrance, they should come to us at the following address within 15 days from the publication of the said notice and confirm it with certified evidence.
