WHEREAS THE Reporting Trustee of the above trust has filed a Change Report No. ACC/11/5278/2025 under section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 for bringing the below described property on the record of the above named trust and an inquiry is to be made by the Ld. Assistant Charity Commissioner-II, Greater Mumbai Region, Mumbai, viz.,
(1) Whether this property is the property of the trust? and could be registered in the name of the above trust?
DESCRIPTION OF THE IMMOVABLE PROPERTY: - 50% Tenancy Rights in "Shop No.9, Ground Floor, King's Quarters, admeasuring 37.86 Sq. Meters Carpet area alongwith 17.25 Sq. Meters of Loft in the said Shop, situated at Dr. Ambedkar Road, Parel, Mumbai- 400 012 on the Property bearing C. S. No. 137A/74 of Parel Sewri Division". Monthly Rent Rs. 3752/-; Consideration Value given to outgoing tenant Rs.25,00,000/-; As per Agreement for Transfer of Tenancy dated 25th June, 2021, the said Agreement was lodge for registration on 28th June, 2021 in the office of the Sub-Registrar Mumbai under Serial No.: BBE-1-4943/2021.
This is to call upon you to submit your objections, if any, in the matter before the Ld. Assistant Charity Commissioner- II, Greater Mumbai Region, Mumbai at the above address in person or by a pleader within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objection is received within the stipulated time then further inquiry would be completed necessary orders will be passed.

वरील ट्रस्टच्या रिपोर्टिंग ट्रस्टीने खाली वर्णन केलेली मालमत्ता वरील नावाच्या ट्रस्टच्या रेकॉर्डवर आणण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र सार्वजनिक न्यास अधिनियम, 1950 च्या कलम 22 अन्वये चेंज रिपोर्ट क्रमांक ACC/11/5278/2025 दाखल केला आहे आणि त्याची चौकशी Ld. सहाय्यक धर्मादाय आयुक्त-II, बृहन्मुंबई क्षेत्र, मुंबई, उदा.
(1) ही मालमत्ता ट्रस्टची मालमत्ता आहे की नाही? आणि वरील ट्रस्टच्या नावावर नोंदणी करता येईल का?
स्थावर मालमत्तेचे वर्णन: - "दुकान क्र. 9, तळमजला, किंग्स क्वार्टर्स, 37.86 चौरस मीटर चटईक्षेत्रासह 50% भाडेकरू हक्क, तसेच 17.25 चौरस मीटर लॉफ्टचे क्षेत्रफळ, डॉ. मुंबई, ए. 012 परळ शिवडी विभागाच्या सी.एस. क्रमांक 137A/74 च्या मालमत्तेवर". मासिक भाडे रु. ३७५२/-; आउटगोइंग भाडेकरूला दिलेले विचार मूल्य रु.25,00,000/-; दिनांक 25 जून 2021 रोजीच्या भाडेकराराच्या हस्तांतरणाच्या करारानुसार, सदर करार दिनांक 28 जून 2021 रोजी उपनिबंधक मुंबई कार्यालयात अनुक्रमांक: BBE-1-4943/2021 अंतर्गत नोंदणीसाठी दाखल करण्यात आला होता.
या प्रकरणी तुम्हाला तुमचे आक्षेप असल्यास, एलडीसमोर सादर करण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात आले आहे. सहाय्यक धर्मादाय आयुक्त- II, बृहन्मुंबई क्षेत्र, मुंबई वरील पत्त्यावर वैयक्तिकरित्या किंवा वकिलाद्वारे ही सूचना प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासून 30 दिवसांच्या आत. विहित मुदतीत आक्षेप प्राप्त न झाल्यास पुढील चौकशी पूर्ण करून आवश्यक आदेश पारित केले जातील.
