तमाम जनतेस, सर्व हित संबंधितांना तसेच सर्व वित्तीय संस्था व स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्था यांना या जाहीर नोटीसीद्वारे कळविण्यात येते की, श्री. धिरज जवाहरलाल कलंत्री रा. २ अ, शिवप्रभु कॉलनी, चितोड रोड, धुळे यांच्याशी आमचे अशिल यांनी खालील नमूद मिळकत कायमस्वरुपी विकत घेण्याचा सौदा करार केलेला असून लवकरच सदर खरेदीचा व्यवहार पूर्ण होणार आहे, सदर मिळकतीच्या टायटल व्हेरिफिकेशन हेतू सदर जाहीर नोटीस प्रसिद्ध करीत आहे.
सदर मिळकतीत कोणाचेही कोणतेही प्रकारचे मालकी हक्क, हिस्सा, हितसंबंध, कोणाचेही गहाण, बोजा, टांच, जप्ती भाडेपट्टा वा लिज हक्क, ताबा हक्क वा सौदेकरार हक्क अगर खरेदी हक्क वगैरे काहीही असल्यास किंवा संकल्पीत व्यवहारास कोणत्याही प्रकारे हरकत वा विरोध असल्यास ही नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झालेपासून ७ दिवसांचे आंत त्याबद्दल स्वत:च्या हक्काच्या प्रमाणीत झेरॉक्स प्रतिसह आम्हास खालील नमूद पत्त्यावर लेखी कळवावे. परस्पर वर्तमानपत्रात घेतलेल्या हरकतीचा तसेच दस्तऐवजांशिवाय घेतलेल्या हरकतीचा विचार केला जाणार नाही.
नियोजित मुदतीत कोणाचीही साधार व लेखी तक्रार न आल्यास सदर मिळकत निर्वेध व निर्बोज असून तथाकथीत हक्क व अधीकार संबंधीतांनी सोडून दिलेले आहे. असे समजून सदर व्यवहार पूर्ण करण्यात येईल. या नंतर कोणीही काहीही तक्रार, हितसंबंध अगर हक्क दाखविल्यास ते आमचे आशिल आणि सदर मिळकतीवर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही, याची नोंद घ्यावी, कळावे.

Dhiraj Jawaharlal Kalantri Res. 2 A, Shivprabhu Colony, Chitod Road, Dhule, our client has entered into a deal to purchase the below mentioned property permanently and the said purchase transaction is going to be completed soon, this public notice is being published for the purpose of title verification of the said property.
If anyone has any kind of ownership right, share, interest, mortgage, encumbrance, encumbrance, lease or lease right, right of possession or bargaining right or purchase right etc. or any objection or opposition to the proposed transaction in any way, they should inform us in writing along with a Xerox copy of their rights within 7 days from the publication of this notice. Objection raised in Mutual Gazette as well as objection raised without documents will not be entertained.
If no simple and written complaint is received by anyone within the scheduled period, the said income is free and unencumbered and the said rights and entitlements are abandoned. Understanding that the said transaction will be completed.
