आम जनतेस सूचित करण्यात येत आहे की, माझे पक्षकार यांनी मुळ मालक (१) श्री संजय मधुकरराव महाकालकर, (२) श्री अजय मधुकरराव महाकालकर, (३) श्रीमती जयश्री प्रफुल्ल वाढई आणि (४) श्रीमती रूपाली योगेश वाढई, सर्व निवासी नागपुर यांचेपासून त्यांचे मालकी कब्ज्यातील खालील वर्णीत स्थावर मालमत्ता खरेदी करण्याचा करार केलेला आहे.
स्थावर मालमत्तेचे विवरण :- नागपुर महानगर पालिका तथा नागपुर सुधार प्रन्यास सिमाअंतर्गत खास मौजा- सोमलवाडा, तह. जि. नागपुर स्थित खसरा क्र. २१/१ या जमीनीमध्ये बिडोबा गृहनिर्माण सहकारी संस्था मर्या., नागपुर या संस्थेद्वारा टाकण्यात आलेल्या लेआऊट स्थित प्लॉट क्रमांक ७३ आणि ७४ ज्याचे प्रत्येकी एकूण क्षेत्र १०४.०० चौरस मीटर (१११९.४५६ चौ.फिट), कार्पोरेशन घर क्र. १९२३/बी/१/७३ तथा १९२३/बी / १/७४, नगर भुमापन क्र. ३३४ शिट क्र. ३४० आहे.
मुळ मालक यांनी घोषित केले आहे की, उक्त वर्णीत स्थावर संपत्ती त्यांनी कुठल्याही बँकेत अथवा वित्तीय संस्थेकडे गहाण करून कर्ज घेतलेले नाही तसेच सदर्ह मालमत्तेबाबत कुठल्याही न्यायालयात कसल्याही प्रकारचे न्यायालयीन प्रकरण न्यायप्रविष्ठ नाही. त्याचप्रमाणे उक्त वर्णीत स्थावर संपत्तीबाबत त्यांनी यापूर्वी अचल कुणासोबत करारनामा, विक्रीपत्र, बक्षीसपत्र अथवा अन्य कुठल्याही प्रकारच्या दस्तऐवजांचे आधारे हस्तांतरीत केलेली नाही. तरी वरील नमूद स्थावर मालमत्तेचे मालकी हक्काबाबत इतर कुणाचेही दावे, उजर, हस्तांतरण, हक्क सोडण्याचा लेख, करारनामा, बक्षीसपत्र, विक्री, दान, मृत्युपत्र, वारसान हक्क, मालकी व खाजगी दावे, कुठल्याही सरकारी निमसरकारी वित्तीय संस्थेचा कर्ज बोझे, गहाण, कोर्ट कार्यवाही याबाबत वाद असल्यास ही जाहीर नोटीस प्रकाशित झाल्याचे तारखेपासून सात (७) दिवसांचे आंत लेखी मुळ कागदपत्राचे पुराव्यासह खालील पत्यावर संपर्क करावे अन्यथा माझे पक्षकार खरेदीबाबतचे पुढील व्यवहार करण्यास मोकळे राहतील, याची नोंद घ्यावी. नागपूर दि. २४/०६/२०२५

Statement of Immovable Property :- Special Mauza under Nagpur Mahanagara Palika and Nagpur Improvement Pranyas Sima- Somalwada, Teh. Dist. Nagpur situated Khasra no. Plot No. 73 & 74 each having a total area of ​​104.00 Sq.Mt (1119.456 Sq.Ft) in layout laid out by Bidoba Housing Co-operative Society Marya., Nagpur in this land 21/1, Corporation House No. 1923/B/1/73 and 1923/B/1/74, Nagar Land Survey no. 334 sheet no. 340 is
The original owner has declared that he has not mortgaged the aforesaid immovable property in any bank or financial institution and there is no legal case pending in any court regarding the said property. Similarly, regarding the said immovable property, he has not previously transferred it with any immovable person on the basis of contract, sale deed, gift deed or any other kind of documents. However, if there is any dispute regarding the ownership rights of the above mentioned immovable property, claim, transfer, relinquishment of rights, contract, award, sale, donation, will, inheritance rights, ownership and private claims, debt burden of any government semi-government financial institution, mortgage, court proceedings, within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this public notice, please contact the following address with proof of the original document.
