माझे पक्षकार नामे शेख खलील अहमद पिता शेख मन्नू चौधरी रा. जिन्सी, औरंगाबाद यांने दिलेल्या माहिती व अधिकारावरून सर्व जनतेस या जाहीर प्रगटनाद्वारे सूचित करण्यात येते की, माझे पक्षकार शेख खलील अहमद पिता. शेख मन्नू चौधरी यांनी हशमत बी पती. अब्दुल अजीज (पिता अब्दुल करीम), रा. शाह बाजार, औरंगाबाद, व इतर यांच्या विरुद्ध मिळकतीचे वर्णनात नमूद मिळकतीबाबत कराराचे पूर्तता करणे बाबत दिवाणी दावा दाखल केला होता, ज्याचे क्रमांक विशेष दिवाणी दावा क्र. 546/2008 असे होते, सध्या त्या बाबत दिवाणी अपील ज्याचे क्र. 312/2015 दाखल केले असून सदर अपील मा. प्रमुख जिल्हा न्यायालया, औरंगाबाद येथे अजून प्रलंबित आहे.
मिळकतीचे वर्णन वाद मिळकत गट क्रमांक. 69/1, गाव मांडकी, तालुका व जिल्हा औरंगाबाद (छत्रपती संभाजीनगर) ज्याचे क्षेत्रफळ 7 एकर 20 गुंठे असे आहे. ज्याची चतुः सिमा खालील प्रमाणे आहे:
पुर्वेस : जमनदास गवर्धनदास यांची जमीन, पश्चिमेस : गुलाम आयेश यांची जमीन, दक्षिणेस नारायण गोविंदा यांची जमीन, उत्तरेस रस्ता. तरी सदर जाहीर प्रगटनाद्वारे सर्व जनतेस कळविण्यात व सुचविण्यात येते की, वर नमूद मिळकतीचे संदर्भात माझे पक्षकार व वरील नमूद व्यक्ती यांच्यात आपसात दिवाणी वाद चालू आहे तसेच दिवाणी अपील प्रलंबित असल्याने कोणीही व्यक्ती कुठल्याही प्रकारचे व्यवहार करू नये तसे केल्यास सदर व्यक्ती कायदेशीर कार्यवाहीस पात्र राहील. करिता हे जाहीर प्रगटन.

On the information and authority given by Jinsi, Aurangabad, all the public are informed by this public declaration that my party Sheikh Khalil Ahmad Pita. Sheikh Mannu Chowdhury Hashmat B Pati. Abdul Aziz (Father Abdul Karim), Res. A civil suit was filed against Shah Bazar, Aurangabad, and others for fulfillment of the agreement regarding the income mentioned in the description of income, bearing Special Civil Suit No. 546/2008, presently civil appeal in respect of which no. 312/2015 has been filed and the said appeal Hon. Still pending in Principal District Court, Aurangabad.
Description of Income Dispute Income Group No. 69/1, Village Mandki, Taluka and District Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar) measuring 7 acres 20 gunthas. whose square limit is as follows:
East: Land of Jamandas Gavardhanas, West: Land of Ghulam Ayesh, South: Land of Narayan Govinda, North: Road. However, through the said public announcement, it is hereby informed and advised to all the public that there is a civil dispute between my party and the above mentioned person in relation to the above mentioned income and since the civil appeal is pending, no person should do any kind of transaction and the said person will be eligible for legal action. This is a public announcement.
