मिळकत मौजे हिरापुर, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर हद्दीतील गट क्रं. ३४, येथील प्लॉट नं. १५ ज्याचे क्षेत्रफळ १३९.४० चौ. मिटर म्हणजेच (१५००.०० चौ. फुट ) बाबत.... सर्व जनतेस कळविण्यात येते की, माझे पक्षकार सौ. कविता बंकट भोसले, रा. ब्रिजवाडी, एम आय डी सी, चिकलठाणा, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर यांनी दिलेल्या माहिती व अधिकारावरुन मिळकतीचे मालक श्री. अक्षय अशोक अप्पा एकशिंगे रा. डिलक्स पाम्स, देवव्याई, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर यांच्या मालकी व ताब्यातील मिळकत मिळकत मौजे हिरापुर, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर हद्दीतील गट क्रं. ३४, येथील प्लॉट नं. १५ ज्याचे क्षेत्रफळ १३९.४० चौ. मिटर म्हणजेच (१५००,०० चौ. फुट) प्लॉट यांच्याकडुन कायमस्वरुपी खरेदी करण्याचा तोंडी करार माझ्या पक्षकारांनी केलेला आहे. सदरील प्लॉटची चतु:सिमा पुढील प्रमाणे आहे. पुर्वेस : ६.०० मिटरचा रोड, पश्चिमेस : प्लॉट नं. ०७ दक्षिणेस ६.०० मिटरचा रोड, उत्तरेस : प्लॉट क्रं. १६.
वरील चतु:सिमेच्या आतील प्लॉट असुन हा निर्जोखमी व निर्विवाद असल्याचा भरोसा माझ्या पक्षाकारास आपण दिला आहे. त्यावरुन हे जाहीर प्रगटन देण्यात येत आहे. तेव्हा सदर प्लॉट बाबत चोळी बांगडी ईसार, सौदा, खरेदीखत, विकसन करानामा, मुखत्यारपत्र, साठेखत, गहाण, दान, विक्री, लिज, भाडेपट्टा, बक्षीस, बँकेचा बोजा, वारसा हक्क, अधिकार संबंध व तसेच कोणाचा कोणत्याही प्रकारचा वाद उजर, आक्षेप असल्यास त्यांनी आजपासुन ०७ (सात) दिवसाच्या आत खालील दिलेल्या पत्यावर कागदपत्रासहीत लेखी कळवावे वरील मुदतीत कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा आक्षेप, उजर, न आल्यास सदर व्यवहार पुर्ण केला जाईल व त्यानंतर त्याची कोणत्याही प्रकारची जबाबदारी माझ्या पक्षकारावर असणार नाही. याची नोंद घ्यावी. दिनांक : १३/१०/२०२५.

According to the information and authority given by Brijwadi, MIDC, Chikalthana, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the owner of income Mr. Akshay Ashok Appa Ekshinge Res. Deluxe Palms, Devvyai, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Income owned and occupied Income premises Hirapur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Precincts Plot no. 34, plot no. 15 whose area is 139.40 Sq. METERS i.e. (1500,00 sq. ft.) Plot has been verbally agreed to be purchased by my parties in perpetuity. The boundaries of the said plot are as follows. East : 6.00 meter road, West : Plot no. 07 South 6.00 Meter Road, North : Plot no. 16.
We have assured my party that the plot is inside the above quadruple boundary and it is risk free and indisputable. This announcement is being made based on that. Then, regarding the said plot, Choli Bangdi Eesar, deal, purchase contract, development contract, power of attorney, deposit, mortgage, donation, sale, lease, lease, prize, bank encumbrance, inheritance rights, rights relationship and also if anyone raises any kind of dispute, objection, they should report in writing to the address given below within 07 (seven) days from today with the documents.
