सर्व जनतेस सूचित करण्यात येते कि, माझे पक्षकार अशोक बाबुराव शितोळे यांनी दिलेल्या माहिती व अधिकारावरून दिनांक २०/०९/२०२५ रोजी दैनिक दिव्य मराठी, औरंगाबाद मध्ये अॅड. अनिल हरिशचंद्र वरठे, औरंगाबाद यांच्यामार्फत दिलेल्या जाहीर प्रगटनास खालील आक्षेप दाखल करण्यात येतो कि, माझे पक्षकार अशोक बाबुराव शितोळे याच्या मालकीच्या मौजे म्यूनिसिपल कॉलनी, काळा दरवाजा, हज हाऊस समोर, ता. जि. छत्रपती संभाजीनगर मनपा हद्दीतील सि.स.नं. ६६४९ या मिळकती संधर्भात माझे पक्षकार यांचा मोहम्मद नसीर मोहम्मद बशीर यांच्या सोबत व्यवहार झाल्याचे भासवून अँड. अनिल हरिशचंद्र वरठे यांच्या मार्फत दिनांक २०/०९/२०२५ रोजी दैनिक दिव्य मराठी, औरंगाबाद मध्ये जाहीर प्रगटन देऊन आक्षेप मागविले होते. ज्यावर माझे पक्षकार यांच्या मार्फत या जाहीर प्रगटन आधारे लेखी आक्षेप घेण्यात येतो कि, माझे पक्षकार यांचा मोहम्मद नसीर मोहम्मद बशीर यांच्याशी अथवा इतर कोणाशीही सि.स.नं. ६६४९ मधील मिळकती संघांत कुठलाही व्यवहार केलेला नाही तसेच ते एकमेकास ओळखत सुद्धा नाही. तसेच माझे पक्षकार यांनी सदरील मिळकतीसंदर्भात व्यवहार करण्यासाठी आजपर्यंत कोणालाही अधिकारपत्र सुद्धा दिलेले नाही. तसेच माझे पक्षकार यांचा प्लॉट नं. 17 नसून प्लॉट नं. 16 आहे. तसेच जाहीर प्रगटन मध्ये दर्शवलेले क्षेत्र हि चुकीचे दर्शविलेले असून माझ्या पक्षकाराच्या मालकीचे क्षेत्र 1942 चौ. मीटर आहे. तसेच जाहीर प्रगटनमध्ये दाखविलेल्या चतुःसीमा देखील चुकीच्या दर्शविलेल्या आहे. मोहम्मद नसीर मोहम्मद बशीर हे सदरील मिळकतीसंधर्भात फसवणूक करून लबाडीच्या इराद्याने दिनांक २०/०९/२०२५ रोजीच्या दैनिक दिव्य मराठीमध्ये जाहीर प्रगटन दिले असून माझे पक्षकार हे लवकरच मोहम्मद नसीर मोहम्मद बशीर यांच्याविरुद्ध पोलीस स्टेशनला तक्रार करणार आहे. तसेच दिनांक २०/०९/२०२५ रोजीच्या जाहीर प्रगटनाला दिनांक २६-०९-२०२५ रोजीच्या दैनिक दिव्य मराठी मध्ये नगरपालिका कर्मचारी सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्था मर्या औरंगाबाद तर्फे सभासद सचिव सविता विवेक सुरडकर (जोशी) यांच्या मार्फत रीतसर हरकत नोंदवलेली आहे. तरी तमाम जनतेस या जाहीर प्रगटनाच्या आक्षेप द्वारे सूचित करण्यात येते कि, माझे पक्षकार यांचा मोहम्मद नसीर मोहमद बशीर यांच्याशी सदरील मिळकती संघ भांत कुठलाही व्यवहार झालेला नाही. करिता हे जाहीर प्रगटनास आक्षेप दिनांक 13-10-2025. ठिकाण: छत्रपती संभाजीनगर,

Written Objection to Public Disclosure
(Written Objection to the Public Disclosure given in Dainik Divya Marathi, dated 20/02/2025 through Adv. Anil Harishchandra Varthe, in relation to Municipal Colony, Kala Darwaza, in front of Haj House, Tal. Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation limits, dated 20/02/2025)
It is hereby informed to all the public that, based on the information and authority provided by my party Ashok Baburao Shitole, the following objection is filed to the public disclosure given in Dainik Divya Marathi, Aurangabad, dated 20/09/2025 through Adv. Anil Harishchandra Varthe, Aurangabad, that the land owned by my party Ashok Baburao Shitole, Municipal Colony, Kala Darwaza, in front of Haj House, Tal. Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation limits, dated 20/09/2025, with reference to Municipal Colony, Kala Darwaza, in front of Haj House, Tal. Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation limits, with reference to CC No. 6649, my party had sought objection through a public statement in Dainik Divya Marathi, Aurangabad on 20/09/2025 through Andr. Anil Harishchandra Varathe, on the pretext of having transacted with Mohammad Nasir Mohammad Bashir in the context of the property. On which, on the basis of this public statement, written objection is raised through my party that my party has not transacted with Mohammad Nasir Mohammad Bashir or anyone else in the property association in CC No. 6649 and they do not even know each other. Also, my party has not given any authority letter to anyone till date to transact in the said property. Also, my party's plot is not 17 but plot no. 16. Also, the area shown in the public statement is also wrong and the area owned by my party is 1942 sq. meters. Also, the boundary shown in the public statement is also wrong. Mohammad Nasir Mohammad Bashir has given a public statement in the Daily Divya Marathi dated 20/09/2025 with fraudulent intent in relation to the said property and my client will soon file a complaint against Mohammad Nasir Mohammad Bashir at the police station. Also, a formal objection has been registered against the public statement dated 20/09/2025 in the Daily Divya Marathi dated 26-09-2025 by the Municipal Employees' Cooperative Housing Society Marya Aurangabad through its Member Secretary Savita Vivek Suradkar (Joshi). However, all the public are informed through this objection to this public statement that my client has not had any transaction with Mohammad Nasir Mohammad Bashir in the said property association.
