जाहीर प्रगटनास आक्षेप
आमच्या पक्षकार रायचुरी ब्रम्हरंभा रंगदास रा. हैद्राबाद यांनी दिलेल्या माहिती व अधिकारावरुन सर्व जनतेस या जाहीर प्रगटनाद्वारे कळविण्यात येते की, राज नारायण नवपुते, व अर्जुन अंकुश बकाल दोघे रा. चिकलठाणा यांच्यामार्फत अॅड. शेख मतीन महेमुद पटेल यांनी दैनिक लोकमतमध्ये दि. २६.०६.२०२५ रोजी प्रसिध्द केलेल्या जाहीर प्रगटनास आक्षेप नोंदविण्यात येतो की, आमच्या पक्षकार यांनी मौजे करमाड, ता. जि. छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथील गट क्र. ३० पैकी मधील विकसीत केलेल्या मिळकती संबंधी कधीही कुणाशीही लेखी अथवा तोंडी करार केलेला नाही. तसेच सदर जमीनीमध्ये रेखांकन करण्यात आलेले असून मा. जिल्हाधिकारी, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर यांचेकडून अकृषिक परवानगी आदेश आमच्या पक्षकाराने प्राप्त केलेले आहेत. दि. २६/०६/२०२५ रोजीचे जाहीर प्रगटन दुष्ट हेतूने प्रसिध्द करण्यात आलेले आहे. आमचे पक्षकार राजु नारायण नवपुते, व अर्जुन अंकुश बकाल या व्यक्तींना कधीही भेटलेल्या नाहीत तसेच आजपर्यंत कधीही पाहीलेले सुध्दा नाही. सदर जमीन ही विकसीत झाली असल्याने ती शेतजमीन राहत नाही तेव्हा त्याबाबत जे काही कुभांड उभारलेले आहे ते लबाडीच्या हेतुने रचण्यात आलेले आहे. आमच्या पक्षकाराचा सदर जमीनीमधील भूखंड विक्री करण्याचा कोणताही मानस नसून सदरचे जाहीर प्रगटन म्हणजे आमच्या पक्षकाराच्या मालकी हक्कास बाधा पोहचविणारे आहे. सदर जमीन व त्यामधील सर्व भूखंड आमच्या पक्षकाराच्या मालकी व ताब्यात निर्विवादपणे असून कुणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हितसंबंध आमच्या पक्षकाराच्या जमीनीस अथवा भूखंडास पोहचत नाही. त्यामुळे दि.२६.०६.२०२५ रोजी प्रसिध्द केलेले जाहीर प्रगटन हे फसवे, भ्रामक व तोतयेगिर असणारे कथन जाहीर प्रगटनावरून दिसते. आमच्या पक्षकाराची जमीन वादातीत करण्याच्या उद्देशाने प्रसिध्द करण्यात आले असून प्रगटनामध्ये जी बतावणी केली आहे ते घोर अपराधी कृत्य आहे. आमच्या पक्षकाराने राजु नारायण नवपुते, अर्जुन अंकुश बकाल व सर्व संबंधितांविरुद्ध कायदेशीर कारवाईस सुरुवात केली आहे. याची नोंद घ्यावी. करीता हा आक्षेप.

Objection to Public Disclosure
Our party Raichury Brahmarambha Rangdas Res. From the information and authority given by Hyderabad, all the people are informed through this public declaration that Raj Narayan Navpute and Arjun Ankush Bakal both Res. Through Chikalthana Adv. Sheikh Mateen Mahmud Patel said in Daily Lokmat. It is objected to the public announcement made on 26.06.2025 that our party has made Mauje Karmad, T. Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Group No. No written or oral agreement has ever been entered into with anyone regarding the income developed in 30. Also, a drawing has been made in the said land and Mr. Non-agricultural permission orders have been obtained by our party from Collector, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. d. The public declaration dated 26/06/2025 has been issued with malicious intent. Our party Raju Narayan Navpute, and Arjun Ankush Bakal have never met and never seen these persons till date. Since the said land is developed, it does not remain agricultural land, and whatever has been raised about it has been created with the intention of fraud. Our party has no intention to sell the plot in the said land and the public disclosure of the same is a hindrance to the ownership rights of our party. The said land and all the plots therein are undisputedly in the ownership and possession of our party and no one has any kind of interest in the land or plot of our party. Therefore, the public statement published on 26.06.2025 is a fraudulent, misleading and contradictory statement. Our party's land has been declared with the intention of disputing it and the pretense made in the declaration is a felony.
