सदर प्लॉट जागा व त्यातील तंगदभुत वस्तुसह व वहिवाटीचे हक्कासह व पुर्वापार चालत आलेल्या वहिवाटीच्या हक्कासह.. वर नमुद प्लॉट जागा विकीस काढली असता आमचे अशिलांना सदरची प्लॉट जागा पसंत पडल्यामुळे खरेदी घेण्याचे निश्चीत केले. सदर प्लॉटजागेचे मालक श्री. नागनाथ शिवशंकर चितकोटी व कविता राचनगौंडा पाटील यांनी सदर प्लॉटजागा निर्वेध व निजोखमी असल्याची खात्री व हमी दिली. तसेच वहिवाटीचे रस्ते दाखवले म्हणून उभयंता दरम्यान खरेदी विकीच्या अनुषंगाने बोलणी होऊन व्यवहार पक्का झालेला आहे व व्यवहाराचा एक भाग म्हणून इसारा पावतीपोटी रक्कम प्लॉट मालकास दिलेली आहे.
या जाहिर नोटीसीने कळविण्यात येते की, सदर प्लॉटजागेबाबत कोणाचेही कोणत्याही प्रकारे हक्क, पोटगी, गहाण, दान, बोजा, वारस, वहिवाट तत्सम हक्क असलेस सदरची नोटीस प्रसिध्द झालेपासून ७ (सात) दिवसांच्या आत मध्ये खालील नमुद पत्यावरती लेखी कागद पत्रासह तक्रार अथवा हरकत नोंदवावी मुदतीत कोणाचेही हरकत न आलेस सदर प्लॉटजागा, जमीन निर्वेध व निजोखमी आहे असे समजुन आमचे आशिल खरेदीचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील तद्नंतर कोणाचीही कोणत्याही स्वरूपाची तक्रार अथवा हरकत विचारात घेतली जाणार नाही अथवा ती आमच्या अशिलावर व वर नमुद मिळकतीवर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही.

Pre-Purchase Public Notice
To all the people especially the residents of Mouje Shelgi Solapur Taluka North Solapur Dist. Solapur, it is hereby informed that the description of the property:- Plot No. 39 in Mouje Shelgi within the limits of Taluka North Solapur out of D and Sub D Solapur, S.No. 77/Ar, area 185.87 sq. m., east-west 50 feet, south-north 40 feet, total 2000 sq. ft. open space
The four boundaries are Plot No. 30 on the east, Plot No. 40 on the south, Road on the west, Plot No. 38 on the north,
This plot land and its attached objects and the right of occupancy and the right of occupancy running to the east.. When the above mentioned plot land was put up for sale, our clients liked the said plot land and decided to purchase it. The owner of the said plot land is Shri. Nagnath Shivshankar Chitkoti and Kavita Rachangounda Patil assured and guaranteed that the said plot is free and risk-free. Also, since the roads of occupancy were shown, the transaction has been finalized after negotiations between the parties in accordance with the purchase and sale agreement and as a part of the transaction, the amount has been given to the plot owner against the receipt.
This public notice informs that if anyone has any right, alimony, mortgage, donation, burden, heir, occupancy or similar rights regarding the said plot, they should register a complaint or objection in writing with a document at the address mentioned below within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objection is received by anyone within the period, our client will complete the purchase transaction assuming that the said plot and land are free and risk-free. Thereafter, no complaint or objection of any kind from anyone will be considered or it will not be binding on our client and the property mentioned above.
