खरेदीपूर्व जाहीर नोटीस
तमाम लोकांस विशेषतः सोलापूर येथील रहिवाशांना या खरेदीपूर्व जाहीर नोटीसीव्दारे कळविण्यात येते की,

मिळकतीचे वर्णन जिल्हा व उपजिल्हा सोलापूर पैकी तालुका दक्षिण सोलापूर पैकी शहर सोलापूर महानगरपालिकेच्या हद्दीबाहेरील मौजे कुंभारी ग्रामपंचायत हद्दीतील गट नं. १००/१२/ याचे एकुण क्षेत्रापैकी केशवप्रसाद लक्ष्मण बुरा यांचे मालकीची 'दक्षिणेकडील बाजूची' याचे क्षेत्र ०० हेक्टर ४० आर यासी आकार रु.००=२० पैसे, यासी चतुः सिमा पूर्वेस - गट नं. १००/२ ची जमीन, दक्षिणेस गट नं. १७२, पश्चिमेस रस्ता व उत्तरेस- सदर गट नं. १००/१/ड पैकी कनकी यांची शेतजमीन.

येणेप्रमाणे वर नमूद चतुः सिमेतील मिळकत ही वर नमूद मालकांचे मालकी व कब्जेवहिवाटीची आहे. सदरहु मालकांनी सदरील शेतजमीन आमचे अशिलांना विक्री करण्याचे ठरवून, आमचे अशिलांकडून इसारा दाखल रक्कम स्विकारुन दि. २४/१०/२०२५ रोजी मालकांच्यावतीने नागनाथ प्रताप मेरगु यांनी रितसर आमचे अशिलांच्या नांवे शेतजमीनीचे इसारा पावती लिहुन दिली आहे. तसेच सदरहु मालकांनी सदरहू शेतजमीन ही निर्वेध व निजोखमी असल्याची हमी व खात्री आमचे अशिलांना दिली आहे.
तरी परंतु सदर शेतजमीनीवर अन्य कोणाचा हक्क, दावा, लिज, गहाण, दान, बक्षीस, पोटगी, खरेदी-विक्री व इतर स्वरुपाचे करार असल्यास त्यांनी ही नोटीस प्रसिध्द झाल्यापासून ८ (आठ) दिवसांच्या आत आपले हक्काचे व अधिकाराचे लेखी कागदोपत्री पुराव्यानिशी खालील पत्यावर आणून देऊन खात्री करुन द्यावी. जर मुदतीत कोणाची हरकत न आल्यास सदरील शेतजमीन ही निर्वेध व निजोखमी आहेत असे समजून आमचे अशिलांनी सदर शेतजमीनीचे खरेदीचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील. तद्नंतर कोणाचीही तक्रार चालणार नाही. कोणाचीही फसगत होऊ नये म्हणून ही खरेदीपूर्व जाहीर नोटीस दिली ता. ०५/११/२०२५.
