जाहीर नोटीस
तमाम लोकांस विशेषतः मौजे होटगी परिसर येथील लोकांना या द्वारे जाहिर नोटिसीने आवाहन करण्यात येते की, मिळकतीचे वर्णनः डि॥ व सब डि॥ सोलापुर पैकी, तालुका- दक्षिण सोलापुर पैकी मौजे होटगी येथील शेतजमिन त्यासी गट नं. ३९५/ब/१ पैकी पश्चिमेकडील दिशेची अथवा चालू उताऱ्याप्रमाणे गट नं. ३९५/२/अ/१/अ, याचे क्षेत्र २ हे. ०२ आर (सध्याचे शिल्लक क्षेत्र १ हे. १९ आर) असून या मिळकतीचे रुद्रय्या इरय्या हिरेमठ यांचे नावाचे मुळ खरेदिखत दस्त क्र. १३११ दि. ०९/०७/१९९३ रोजीचे मुळ दस्त हे रुद्रय्या इरय्या हिरेमठ यांचेच कडून मौजे होटगी दरम्यान परीसरात कोठेतरी पडून गहाळ झाले आहे. त्याचा शोध घेतला असता ते सापडलेले नाही अथवा मिळालेले नाही.
तरी तमाम लोकांस जाहिर आवाहन करण्यात येते की, जर सदरचे मुळ खरेदीखत दस्त कोणास आढळून आल्यास अथवा सापडल्यास त्यांनी खाली | दिलेल्या पत्त्यावर संपर्क साधावा अथवा आणून द्यावी अथवा सदरहु मुळ खरेदीखत दस्तबाबत कोणाची काही हरकत असल्यास, सदरची हरकत सात (७) दिवसाचे आत ही खाली नमुद पत्त्यावर येवून समक्ष लेखी स्वरुपात नोंदवावी. यदाकदाचीत जर मुदतीत कोणाची कसलीही तक्रार न आल्यास, मग कोणतीही तक्रार नाही असे समजले जाईल. सबब हे जाहिर आवाहन दिले. ता. ११/०४/२०२५.

All the people especially the people of Mauje Hotgi area are hereby notified by public notice that the income description: D. And all Of Solapur, Taluka- Dakshin Solapur of Mauje Hotgi agricultural land Group no. 395/B/1 of the western direction or as per current passage Group no. 395/2/A/1/A, its area is 2. 02 R (current balance area 1 Ha. 19 R) and this income in the name of Rudrayya Irayya Hiremath in the original Kharidikhat Dast No. 1311 d. The original document dated 09/07/1993 by Rudrayya Irayya Hiremath himself has fallen somewhere in the premises during the fun and has gone missing. It was not found or found when it was searched for.
However, public appeal is made to all the people that if anyone finds or finds the original purchase document, they should submit it below. should be contacted or brought to the given address or if anyone has any objection regarding the said original purchase document, the said objection should be registered in writing at the address given below within seven (7) days.
