खरेदीपूर्व जाहीर नोटीस
तमाम लोकांस या जाहीर नोटीसीने कळविण्यात येते की, डि. व सब डि. सोलापूर, तालुका उत्तर सोलापूर पैकी सोलापूर महानगरपालिका हद्दवाढीतील मजरेवाडी येथील जुना सर्व्हे नं. ३०१ / २ /अ, नवीन सर्व्हे नं. १५८/२/अ पैकी 'श्री. सहस्त्राअर्जुन सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्था नं. ३ नियमित सोलापूर' मधील बिनशेती प्लॉट नं. १५५ यांसी एकुण क्षेत्र ४०९.४८ चौ.मी. यांसी चतुः सिमा पुर्वेस रस्ता, पश्चिमेस भिमा नगर, दक्षिणेस मुक्तेश्वर नगर, उत्तरेस : प्लॉट नं. १५६. येणेप्रमाणे मिळकत व त्यातील तदंगभुत वस्तुसह व जाणे येण्याच्या वहिवाटीच्या हक्कासह. सदर वर नमुद केलेली ही मिळकत अरुणा दिलीप कुलकर्णी यांचे मालकीचे व कब्जे वहिवाटीचे आहे. सदर मिळकत ही निर्वेध व निजोखमी असल्याचे खात्री व हमी आमचे अशिलांस दिलेली आहे.
सबब या खरेदीपूर्व जाहीर नोटीसीव्दारे कळविण्यात येते की, वर नमुद मिळकतीवर कोणाचेही कसल्याही प्रकारचे गहाण, दान, लिज, भाडे, लिव्ह ॲण्ड लायसेन्स, बक्षीस, साठेखत, खरेदीखत, पोटगी, टाच, जप्ती, या व इतर अन्य कोणत्याही स्वरुपाचे बोजा, हक्क व हितसंबंध असल्यास अथवा सदर मिळकतीसंबंधी कोणाचेही कोणत्याही न्यायालयात बाद विषय प्रलंबित असल्यास त्यांनी प्रस्तुतची नोटीस प्रसिध्द झालेपासून ७ (सात) दिवसांचे आत आम्हांस खालील नमुद पत्त्यावर लेखी कागदोपत्री पुराव्यानिशी लेखी हरकती खालील पत्यावर नोंदवावीत. मुदतीत कोणाचेही कसलीही तक्रार व हरकत न आल्यास सदरची मिळकत ही संपुर्ण निर्वेध, निजोखमी व बिनबोजाची आहे, असे गृहीत धरून आमचे अशिल पुढील खरेदीखताचा व्यवहार पुर्ण करतील. तद्नंतर कोणाचेही हरकत आल्यास ते आमचे अशिलावर व सदर मिळकतीवर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही याची नोंद या खरेदीपूर्व जाहीर नोटीसीने घ्यावी.

Public notice prior to purchase
All the people are informed by this public notice that D. And Sub D. Solapur, Taluka North Solapur of Solapur Municipal Corporation Extent of Majrewadi Old Survey No. 301 / 2 /A, NEW SURVEY NO. 158/2/A of 'Mr. Sahastraarjun Cooperative Housing Society No. 3 REGULATORY SOLAPUR' WITHOUT AGRICULTURAL PLOT NO. 155 yansi total area 409.48 sq.m. Yansi Chatu: Sima Purves Road, West Bhima Nagar, South Mukteshwar Nagar, North: Plot no. 156. Along with the income and its appurtenances and right of occupancy. The said property is owned and occupied by Aruna Dilip Kulkarni. We assure and guarantee that the said income is safe and secure.
By means of this pre-purchase public notice, it is hereby informed that if there is any kind of mortgage, donation, lease, rent, live and license, prize, deposit, purchase, alimony, heel, seizure, any other form of encumbrance, right and interest of any person on the above mentioned income or if there is any pending case of any person in any court regarding the said income, they shall from the publication of the presentment notice 7 Objections in writing with supporting documentary evidence must be submitted to us at the following address within (seven) days. If there is no complaint or objection from anyone within the term, our client will complete the next purchase transaction assuming that the said income is completely safe, risk-free and unencumbered. This pre-purchase public notice should take note that if any objection is raised after that, it will not be binding on us on the property and the said income.
