लातूर जिल्हा परिसरातील तमाम जनतेस या जाहीर प्रगटनाद्वारे सूचित करण्यात येते की, माझे पक्षकार कविता बाबू बावगे, रा. डिगोळ, ता. शि. आनंतपाळ, जि. लातूर यांनी मला दिलेल्या माहिती व कागदपत्रांवरून व वकील म्हणून अधिकृत केल्यावरून सर्व जनतेस खालीलप्रमाणे जाहीर प्रगटन देण्यात येत आहे-
माझे पक्षकार यांनी विद्यमान मालक आशा सुधाकर देवकत्ते, रा. तीर्थ, ता. अहमदपूर, जि. लातूर यांनी डे. बु. नं. २४१९/२१ अन्वये खर- दी, मालकीची मिळकत मौ. वरवंटी, ता. लातूर येथील गट नं. ७७ मधील प्लॉट नं. २४ असून याचा एन. ए. नं. २००९ / जेएमबी / सीआर १८९, दि. ०५.०९.२००८ अन्वये मे. तहसील कार्यालय, लातूर यांनी मंजूर केलेला असून याची लांबी पूर्व-पश्चिम ४० फूट व रुंदी उत्तर-दक्षिण ३० फूट असून एकूण क्षेत्र १२०० चौ. फूट याची चतुःसीमा-
पूर्वेस : प्लॉट नं. १७, पश्चिमेस ६ मी. रुंदीचा रस्ता, दक्षिणेस : प्लॉट नं. २३, उत्तरेस : प्लॉट नं. २५.
येणेप्रमाणे वरील मिळकती खरेदी करणेचा लेखी करार केला असून ठरावापोटी इसारा रक्कम दिलेली आहे तसेच सदरील मिळकती या निर्वेध व निर्जोखीम असल्याची हमी लिहून देणार यांनी माझ्या पक्षकारास दिलेली आहे तरी सदर मिळकती वर जर कोणाचा उजर, हक्कसंबंध, कर्जबोजा, गहाणखत, बक्षीस, कोर्टडिक्री, मृत्युपत्र, तारण, लीज, लीन, वाद, शासकीय अथवा निमशासकीय कर्ज असेल तर त्यांनी सदर प्रगटन प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासून (७) सात दिवसांच्या आत माझ्या खालील पत्त्यावर लेखी आक्षेप नोंदवावा. मुदतीत जर कोणाचा उजर, आक्षेप आला नाही तर सदरील मिळकत ही निर्विवाद व निर्जोखीम समजून माझे पक्षकार नोंदणीकृत खरेदीखत करून घेतील. मुदतीनंतर आलेले आक्षेप माझ्या पक्षकारावर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही याची नोंद घ्यावी.

All the people of Latur district area are informed through this public declaration that my party Kavita Babu Bavge, Res. Digol, T. Shi. Anantapal, Dist. From the information and documents given to me by Latur and after being authorized as an advocate, the following public disclosure is being made to all the public-
My party is the present owner Asha Sudhakar Devkatte, Res. Pilgrimage, Ahmedpur, Dist. Latur de. B. No. Purchase under 2419/21, Proprietary income Rs. Varvanti, Group No. at Latur. 77 in plot no. 24 and its N. A. No. 2009 / JMB / CR 189, dt. As of 05.09.2008 May. It has been approved by Tehsil Office, Latur and its length is 40 feet from east to west and width from north to south is 30 feet and the total area is 1200 Sq. Quadrilateral of ft.-
East : Plot no. 17, 6 m west. Width Road, South : Plot no. 23, North : Plot no. 25.
A written agreement has been entered into to purchase the above property and the sum has been paid as per the resolution and a written guarantee has been given to my party that the said property is free and safe, but if there is any claim, right, encumbrance, mortgage, award, court decree, will, mortgage, lease, lien, dispute, government or semi-government debt on the said property, then since the publication of the said declaration, (7) Objections should be lodged in writing at my address below within seven days. If no objection is raised within the term, then my parties will take the registered purchase deed considering the said income as undisputed and risk-free. Please note that late objections will not be binding on my party.
