Submission of Expression of Interest ("EOI"), Non- Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") along with Earnest Money Deposit ("EMD") of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) and a letter for submission of EMD as per the format of the Process Document (defined below) and necessary documents as mentioned in Sale of Financial Assets Under Swiss Challenge Method Bid Process Document ("Process Document")
The participant shall inform the names of the authorized official(s) along with their contact details (mobile number, e- mail ids etc.) who is authorized to submit the counter bid and/or conduct the diligence

Submission of Bid
The authorized officials of the relevant Interested Bidders shall visit JCF ARC's office at Unit No. 203-206, 2nd floor Wing A, Inspire BKC, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai- 400051 and shall submit the bid in the sealed envelope to JCF ARC. The sealed envelope shall be addressed to Mr. Ashish Kumar
The envelope containing the Bid should be properly sealed and have marking on the top as "The Bid for the purchase of financial assets pertaining to Borrower"

JCF ARC reserves the right to amend/modify/cancel the proposed sale process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof, at its sole discretion. The decision of JCF ARC in this regard shall be final and binding. Interested ARCS are requested to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the sale of financial assets set out in the Process Document. For details, please refer to the Process Document available at www.jcfarc.com. The interested ARCS can conduct due diligence, after submitting the EOI in the format as detailed in the Process Document, executing a NDA with JCF ARC in the format as detailed in the Process Document, and payment of the EMD, in the manner as prescribed in the Process Document.
