POSSESSION NOTICE (For immovable property)
Whereas, The undersigned being the authorized officer of the Punjab & Sind Bank under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (54 of 2002) and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(12) read with rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued a demand notice dated 01.08.2024 calling upon the borrower M/s Mangal Murti Construction Prop. Ms. Sejal Rahul Choudhari to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being Rs. 23097840.26 (Rs. Two crore thirty lakhs ninety seven thousand eight hundred forty & twenty six paisa only) within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice.
The borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower and the public in general that the undersigned has taken possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him under sub section (4) of section 13 of the Act read with rule 8 of the Security Interest Enforcement Rules, 2002 on this 5 day of May of the year 2025.
The borrower in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the Punjab & Sind Bank, MG Road, Pune for an amount Rs. 23097840.26 (Rs. Two crore thirty lakhs ninety seven thousand eight hundred forty & twenty six paisa only) as on 31.07.2024 and interest + charges thereon. The borrower's attention is invited to provisions of sub-section (8) of section 13 of the Act, in respect of time available, to redeem the secured assets.

तर, अधोस्वाक्षरी केलेले पंजाब अँड सिंध बँकेचे सिक्युरिटायझेशन अँड रिकन्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनान्शियल ॲसेट्स अँड इनफोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट ऍक्ट, 2002 (2002 चा 54) अन्वये आणि सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्टच्या नियम 3 सह वाचलेल्या कलम 13(12) अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून अधिकृत अधिकारी आहेत (अंमलबजावणीची 20 तारीख जारी केली आहे) 01.08.2024 कर्जदार मेसर्स मंगलमूर्ती कन्स्ट्रक्शन प्रोप. कु. सेजल राहुल चौधरी यांना नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेली रक्कम रु. 23097840.26 (रु. दोन कोटी तीस लाख 97 हजार आठशे चाळीस आणि सव्वीस पैसे फक्त) ही नोटीस मिळाल्यापासून 60 दिवसांच्या आत.
कर्जदाराची रक्कम परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यामुळे, याद्वारे कर्जदाराला आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की, या वर्षी 25 मे 2002 रोजी सुरक्षा व्याज अंमलबजावणी नियम, 2002 च्या नियम 8 सह वाचलेल्या कायद्याच्या कलम 13 च्या उपकलम (4) अंतर्गत त्याला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाली स्वाक्षरी केलेल्याने खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा ताबा घेतला आहे.
