POSSESSION NOTICE (FOR IMMOVABLE PROPERTY) [Under Rule-8(1) of Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002] Whereas the undersigned being the Authorized Officer of Indian Bank, SAM Branch, 73, 7th Floor. Mittal Chambers. Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021 under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security interest Act, 2002 and in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13 (12) read with rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued a Demand Notice dated 14/02/2025 calling upon the Borrower's Mortgagor Guarantor M/s. Krishna Structural Steel through its directors Mr. Parag V. Vora, Mrs. Neha P Vora, Mrs. Indumati V. Vora, Mr. Vinodrai A. Vora, Mr. Banwari Chaturvedi, Mr. Vishal Pandurang Ombale, Mr. Prakash Mankar, Mr. Atmaram Kanha Mankar to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being Rs. 3,12,75.997.50 (Rupees Three Crores Twelve Lakhs Seventy-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven and Fifty Paise Only) as on 31/12/2024 within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice with future interest and incidental charges w.e.f.01/01/2025.
The Borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower/Guarantor and the public in general that the undersigned has taken Possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him/her under Section 13 (4) of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 on this 07th Day of May, 2025. The borrower guarantor in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to charge of the Indian Bank, SAM Branch, 73, 7th Floor, Mittal Chambers, Nariman Point, Mumbai -400021 for an amount of Rs. 3,12,75,997.50 (Rupees Three Crores Twelve Lakhs Seventy-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven and Fifty Paise Only) as on 31/12/2024 plus interest and incidental charges incurred by bank w.e.f 01/01/2025.
The borrower's attention is invited to provisions of sub-section (8) of Section 13 of the Act, in respect of time available, to redeem the secured assets.

ताब्याची सूचना (अचल मालमत्तेसाठी) [सुरक्षा व्याज (अंमलबजावणी) नियम, 2002 च्या नियम-8(1) अन्वये] तर अधोस्वाक्षरीदार भारतीय बँकेचे अधिकृत अधिकारी, SAM शाखा, 73, 7वा मजला आहे. मित्तल चेंबर्स. नरिमन पॉइंट, मुंबई 400021 आर्थिक मालमत्तेचे सिक्युरिटायझेशन आणि रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन अँड इनफोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट ऍक्ट, 2002 अंतर्गत आणि सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (अंमलबजावणी) नियम, 2002 च्या नियम 3 सह वाचलेल्या कलम 13 (12) अंतर्गत प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करताना, 4/20201/2020 तारखेला बोरिंग नोटीस जारी केली. गहाणखत हमीदार मे. कृष्णा स्ट्रक्चरल स्टीलचे संचालक श्री पराग व्ही. व्होरा, श्रीमती नेहा पी व्होरा, श्रीमती इंदुमती व्ही. व्होरा, श्री विनोदराय ए. व्होरा, श्री बनवारी चतुर्वेदी, श्री विशाल पांडुरंग ओंबळे, श्री प्रकाश मानकर, श्री आत्माराम कान्हा मानकर यांनी नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेल्या रकमेची परतफेड केली आहे. 31/12/2024 रोजी 3,12,75.997.50 (रुपये तीन कोटी बारा लाख पंचाहत्तर हजार एकोण पन्नास पैसे फक्त) ही नोटीस मिळाल्यापासून 60 दिवसांच्या आत भविष्यातील व्याज आणि आनुषंगिक शुल्कासह 0.2/0.20/5.
कर्जदाराची रक्कम परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यामुळे, याद्वारे कर्जदार/जामीनदार आणि सामान्यत: जनतेला नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की या कायद्याच्या कलम 13 (4) अंतर्गत त्याला/तिला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा ताबा खाली स्वाक्षरीने घेतला आहे. 2025. कर्जदार गॅरेंटर विशेषत: आणि सामान्यतः जनतेला याद्वारे सावध केले जाते की मालमत्तेचा व्यवहार करू नये आणि मालमत्तेशी कोणताही व्यवहार केल्यास भारतीय बँक, एसएएम शाखा, 73, 7वा मजला, मित्तल चेंबर्स, नरिमन पॉइंट, मुंबई -400021 रुपये शुल्क आकारले जाईल. 31/12/2024 रोजी 3,12,75,997.50 (रुपये तीन कोटी बारा लाख पंचाहत्तर हजार एकोण पन्नास पैसे फक्त) तसेच बँकेने 01/01/2025 पासून व्याज आणि आनुषंगिक शुल्क घेतले आहे.
सुरक्षित मालमत्तेची पूर्तता करण्यासाठी, उपलब्ध वेळेनुसार, कायद्याच्या कलम 13 च्या उप-कलम (8) च्या तरतुदींकडे कर्जदाराचे लक्ष वेधले जाते.
