[Under Rule 8(1) of Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002] Whereas The undersigned being the Authorized Officer of the Indian Bank, Bhiwandi Branch, Mumbai under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (Act No. 54 of 2002) and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(2) read with rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued a Demand Notice Dated 10.01.2025 Calling upon the Borrower's Guarantor's/ Mortgagor's M/s. Naim Textiles Prop. Mr. Mohd. Naimuddin Bismillah Khan (Borrower& Mortgagor) and Mr. Mohd. Tayab Abdul Hamid Khan (Guarantor) to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being Rs. 52,63,454/- (Rupees Fifty Two lakhs Sixty Three Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Four Only) as on 07.01.2025 within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice with future interest and incidental charges w.e.f. 07.01.2025.
The Borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the Borrower/Guarantor and the public in general that the undersigned has taken Possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him/her under section 13(4) of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 on this 08th April., 2025.
The Borrower/Guarantor in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the Indian Bank, Bhiwandi Branch, Mumbai for an amount of Rs. 52,63,454/- (Rupees Fifty Two lakhs Sixty Three Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Four only) as on 07.01.2025 plus interest and incidental expenses incurred by bank w.e.f. 07.01.2025.
The Borrower's attention is invited to provisions of sub-section (8) of section 13 of the Act, in respect of time available, to redeem the secured assets.

[सुरक्षा व्याज (अंमलबजावणी) नियम, 2002 च्या नियम 8(1) अन्वये] तर अधोस्वाक्षरी केलेले हे भारतीय बँक, भिवंडी शाखा, मुंबईचे प्राधिकृत अधिकारी असून आर्थिक मालमत्तेचे सिक्युरिटायझेशन आणि पुनर्रचना आणि सुरक्षा व्याजाची अंमलबजावणी अधिनियम, 2002 (अधिनियम क्र. 524 च्या कलम 02 मधील कलम 02 मधील अधिकार) 13(2) सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (अंमलबजावणी) नियम, 2002 च्या नियम 3 सह वाचा 10.01.2025 रोजी कर्जदाराच्या जामीनदार/गहाणदाराच्या मे. नईम टेक्सटाइल्स प्रोप. श्री. मोहम्मद. नईमुद्दीन बिस्मिल्ला खान (कर्जदार आणि गहाणखत) आणि श्री. मोहम्मद. तैयब अब्दुल हमीद खान (जामीनदार) नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेली रक्कम परत करण्यासाठी रु. 52,63,454/- (रुपये बावन्न लाख चौसष्ट हजार चारशे चौपन्न फक्त) 07.01.2025 रोजी ही नोटीस मिळाल्यापासून 60 दिवसांच्या आत भविष्यातील व्याज आणि आनुषंगिक शुल्कासह. ०७.०१.२०२५.
कर्जदाराची रक्कम परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यामुळे, याद्वारे कर्जदार/जामीनदार आणि सामान्यत: जनतेला नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की अधोस्वाक्षरीने त्याला/तिला दिलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून या कायद्याच्या कलम 13(4) अंतर्गत खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा ताबा घेतला आहे.
विशेषत: कर्जदार/जामीनदार आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला याद्वारे सावध केले जाते की मालमत्तेचा व्यवहार करू नये आणि मालमत्तेचा कोणताही व्यवहार इंडियन बँक, भिवंडी शाखा, मुंबई यांच्याकडून रु. 52,63,454/- (रुपये बावन्न लाख चौसष्ट हजार चारशे चौपन्न फक्त) 07.01.2025 रोजी व्याज आणि आनुषंगिक खर्च बँक w.e.f. ०७.०१.२०२५.
सुरक्षित मालमत्तेची पूर्तता करण्यासाठी, उपलब्ध वेळेनुसार, कायद्याच्या कलम 13 च्या उप-कलम (8) च्या तरतुदींकडे कर्जदाराचे लक्ष वेधण्यात आले आहे.
