Where as the under signed being the Authorised Officer of the Canara Bank under the Securitisation And Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security InterestAct 2002 (Act 54 of 2002) and in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13 (12) read with Rule 3 of the security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002, issued a Demand Notice dated 30.01.2025 (30th January 2025) calling upon the borrower MR. SANIL CHANDAN SARKAR (Borrower) NL 4 35 04, Sector 11, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra- 400706 and MRS. FARAH SANIL SARKAR (Borrower) New Avdhut CHS, Room No C 7 14 Sec 7, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra-400705 to repay the amount mentioned in the notice, being Rs. 13,53,181.82 (Rupees Thirteen lakh fifty three thousand one hundred eighty one and paise eighty two only) plus unapplied interest and charges within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice. The borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower and public in general, that the under signed has taken possession of the properties described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him/her under Section 13 (4) of the said Act, read with Rule 8 & 9 of the said Rules on this 16th day of April of the year 2025.
The borrower in particular and the public in general are hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the CANARA BANK, AIROLI NAVI MUMBAI Branch for an amount of Rs. 13,53,181.82 (Rupees Thirteen lakh fifty three thousand one hundred eighty one and paise eighty two only) and interest thereon.

जेथे सेक्युरिटायझेशन अँड रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन ऑफ फायनान्शिअल ॲसेट्स अँड इनफोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट ॲक्ट 2002 (2002 चा कायदा 54) अंतर्गत कॅनरा बँकेचा अधिकृत अधिकारी म्हणून स्वाक्षरी केली आहे आणि कलम 13 (12) अंतर्गत प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करताना सुरक्षा व्याजाच्या नियम 3 सह वाचले आहे (अंमलबजावणी 20 तारखेला लागू केलेले नाही) 30.01.2025 (30 जानेवारी 2025) कर्जदारास बोलावणे MR.
