Possession Notice For Immovable Property
Whereas the Undersigned being the Special Recovery Officer of The Yashomandir Sahakari Patpedhi Mary adit, Mumbai. Under the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1961 issued a notice dated 18/12/2021 followed by order of Attachment Notice dated 29/04/2025 calling upon the judgement Debtorsi.e.Borrower & Guarantors.
1) Mr Londhe Vaibhav Subhash, 2) Mr.Londhe Abhinav Subhash 3) Mrs Londhe Manini Subhash 4) Londhe Subhash Gopal 5) Mr. Shelke Dnyaneshwar Namdev 6) Mr.Bhalerao Raju Shankar along with other Judgement Debtors has to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being RS. 30,6 1,266/-(Rs:- Thrirty Lakh Sixty one Thousand Two Hundred Sixty six Only) as on 29/04/2025 with further interst @ 11.50% till realization with date of receipt of the said notice & the Judgement debtors having failed to repay the amount, the undersigned has issued a notice for attachment and attached the property described herein in bellow
The Judgement Debtors having failed to repay the amount, the notice is hereby given to the Judgement Debtors and the public in general that the undersigned has taken possession of the property described herein below in exercise of the powers conferred on him under Rule 107 (11(d-1)) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961 on this 29 April 2025. The Judgement Debtors in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealing with the property will be subject to the Charge of The Yashomandir Sahakari Patpedhi Maryadit Mumbai for an amount of Rs. 30,61,266/- as on 29/04/2025 with furtherinterest

तर अधोस्वाक्षरी हे यशोमंदिर सहकारी पतपेढी मेरी आदित, मुंबईचे विशेष वसुली अधिकारी आहेत. महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था नियम, 1961 अन्वये दिनांक 18/12/2021 रोजी नोटीस जारी केली आणि त्यानंतर 29/04/2025 रोजीच्या संलग्नक सूचनेचा आदेश कर्जदार अर्थात कर्जदार आणि जामीनदारांना देण्यात आला.
1) श्री. लोंढे वैभव सुभाष, 2) श्री. लोंढे अभिनव सुभाष 3) सौ. लोंढे मानिनी सुभाष 4) लोंढे सुभाष गोपाळ 5) श्री. शेळके ज्ञानेश्वर नामदेव 6) श्री. भालेराव राजू शंकर यांच्यासह इतर न्यायनिर्णय कर्जदारांनी नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेल्या रकमेची परतफेड करायची आहे. 30,6 1,266/- (रु.:- तीस लाख एकसष्ट हजार दोनशे सहासष्ट फक्त) 29/04/2025 रोजी पुढील व्याजासह @ 11.50% ही नोटीस प्राप्त झाल्याच्या तारखेपर्यंत आणि जजमेंट कर्जदारांनी येथे वर्णन केलेली मालमत्ता परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी ठरलेल्या आणि संलग्नित रकमेसाठी नोटीस जारी केली आहे. खाली
निवाड्यातील कर्जदारांनी रक्कम परतफेड करण्यास अयशस्वी ठरल्याने, याद्वारे निर्णय कर्जदारांना आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की, महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था, 1295 एप्रिल 1295 च्या नियम 107 (11(d-1)) च्या नियम 107 (11(d-1)) अन्वये त्यांना प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाली स्वाक्षरीदाराने खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा ताबा घेतला आहे. निर्णय कर्जदारांना विशेषतः आणि सामान्यतः जनतेला याद्वारे सावध केले जाते की मालमत्तेचा व्यवहार करू नये आणि मालमत्तेशी कोणताही व्यवहार केल्यास यशोमंदिर सहकारी पतपेढी मर्यादित मुंबईच्या शुल्काच्या अधीन असेल रु. 30,61,266/- 29/04/2025 रोजी पुढील व्याजासह
