APPENDIX IV POSSESSION NOTICE (For Immovable Property) (Under Rule 8 (1) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002) Whereas the undersigned being the authorized officer of HINDUJA HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED (HHFL) under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (54 of 2002), and in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13 (12) read with Rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued Demand Notice dated mentioned hereunder calling upon the following borrowers to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being also mentioned hereunder within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice.
