Notice is hereby given that Mr. Pravin Shankar Rao and Mrs. Pranita Pravin Rao, Both Residing at: Prarthana Niwas, Rukmininagar Road, Near Shree Hospital, Karad, Maharashtra 415110 are the owners of the Flat mentioned in the Schedule hereunder. That my clients are negotiating with the said Owners for purchase of the said Flat. Any person/s having any claim, right or interest or charge of any nature in the said Flat by way of sale, exchange, mortgage, charge, mortgage, gift, trust, inheritance, lease, lien or otherwise howsoever are hereby requested to inform the undersigned in writing, together with supporting documents in evidence within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, at the address given below, failing which the claims or demands, if any, of such person/s will be deemed to have been abandoned, surrendered, relinquished, released waived and given up and thereafter no claim of any nature shall be entertained or be binding on the said Flat.

याद्वारे सूचना देण्यात येत आहे की श्री प्रवीण शंकर राव आणि श्रीमती प्रणिता प्रवीण राव, दोघेही येथे राहतात: प्रार्थना निवास, रुक्मिणीनगर रोड, श्री हॉस्पिटल जवळ, कराड, महाराष्ट्र 415110 हे खाली दिलेल्या अनुसूचीमध्ये नमूद केलेल्या फ्लॅटचे मालक आहेत. माझे क्लायंट हे फ्लॅट खरेदी करण्यासाठी संबंधित मालकांशी बोलणी करत आहेत. विक्री, देवाणघेवाण, गहाण, शुल्क, गहाण, भेट, ट्रस्ट, वारसा, भाडेपट्टी, धारणाधिकार किंवा अन्यथा कोणत्याही प्रकारे या फ्लॅटमध्ये कोणताही दावा, हक्क किंवा व्याज किंवा कोणत्याही स्वरूपाचा कोणताही दावा, हक्क किंवा व्याज किंवा शुल्क असलेल्या कोणत्याही व्यक्तीने याद्वारे खाली स्वाक्षरीदारास लेखी स्वरूपात, पुराव्याच्या सहाय्यक कागदपत्रांसह 15 दिवसांच्या आत विनंती केली आहे, ज्यात दावा केला गेला आहे. अशा व्यक्तींच्या मागण्या, जर काही असतील तर त्या सोडल्या गेल्या, आत्मसमर्पण केल्या गेल्या, सोडल्या गेल्या, सोडल्या गेल्या आणि सोडल्या गेल्या आणि त्यानंतर कोणत्याही स्वरूपाचा दावा मान्य केला जाणार नाही किंवा त्या फ्लॅटवर बंधनकारक असेल.
