Whereas, the undersigned being the authorised officer of Manappuram Home Finance Ltd ("MAHOFIN") under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest "[Act 2002 (54 of 2002) and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(12) read with rule 9 of the security interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued a Demand Notice calling upon the borrowers and co-borrowers to repay the amount mentioned in the notice and Interest thereon within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice. The borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower and the public in general that the undersigned has taken Actual possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him/her under section 13(4) of the said "(Ac read with rule of the said rules. The borrower in particular and the public in generalis hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the Manappuram Home Finance Ltd as mentioned below for each of the respective properties

तर, मणप्पुरम होम फायनान्स लिमिटेड ("MAHOFIN") चे अधिकृत अधिकारी म्हणून अधोस्वाक्षरी केलेले हे आर्थिक मालमत्तेचे सिक्युरिटायझेशन आणि रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन अँड एन्फोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट" [ॲक्ट 2002 (2002 चा 54) अंतर्गत आणि कलम 13(12) अंतर्गत प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करताना, नियम 2 0 9 ई 9 0 चे नियम वाचले. कर्जदार आणि सहकर्जदारांना नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेली रक्कम आणि त्यावरील व्याजाची परतफेड करण्याची मागणी करणारी नोटीस प्राप्त झाल्यापासून 60 दिवसांच्या आत कर्जदाराने रक्कम परतफेड केली नाही, अशी नोटीस याद्वारे कर्जदाराला आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला देण्यात आली आहे की खाली स्वाक्षरी केलेल्या व्यक्तीने खाली दिलेल्या कलमांतर्गत मालमत्तेचा वास्तविक ताबा घेतला आहे. 13(4) सांगितलेल्या "(ए.सी. वरील नियमांच्या नियमासह वाचले. विशेषतः कर्जदाराने आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेने मालमत्तेशी व्यवहार न करण्याची खबरदारी दिली आहे आणि मालमत्तेशी कोणताही व्यवहार संबंधित प्रत्येक मालमत्तेसाठी खाली नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे मणप्पुरम होम फायनान्स लिमिटेडच्या शुल्काच्या अधीन असेल.
