POSSESSION NOTICE
(THE SECURITISATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF FINANCIAL ASSETS AND ENFORCEMENT OF SECURITY INTEREST ACT, 2002)
Whereas, The undersigned being the Authorized Officer of The Maharashtra State Co-operative Bank Ltd., Head Office, Mumbai, under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13 (12) read with (rule 3) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued a Demand Notice dated 14.09.2016 bearing no. DIR&R/F-Sec./434/2016-2017 calling upon the borrower Bluegold Trading Company Private Limited, 12, D. N. Mistry House, Nanabhai Cross Lane (Banaji Street), Fort, Mumbai - 400001 to repay the Loan outstanding Amount mentioned in the notice being Rs. 3,00,80,000/- (Rupees Three Crores and Eighty Thousand Only) of M.S.C. Bank within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice.
The borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower and the public in general that the undersigned has Taken Possession of the property described herein below in the exercise of powers conferred on him under sub-section (4) of section 13 of Act read with the rule 8 of the Security Interest Enforcement Rules, 2002 on this 31st day of May 2025.
The Borrower in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of The Maharashtra State Co-Op. Bank Ltd., Head Office, Mumbai for an amount of Rs. 7,88,96,229.78/- (Rupees Seven Crores Eighty Eight Lakh Ninety Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Nine and Paise Seventy Eight Only) as on 31.05.2025 and further interest thereon.
The borrower's attention is invited to provisions of sub-section (8) of section 13 of the Act, in respect of time available, to redeem the secured assets.

Mistry House lying and being at Nanabhai Cross Lane (Banaji Street), Street No. A/1670/12, Sheet No. 50, Laughton Part of 1/9373 Collector New No. 435 within the Fort Division of Mumbai in the Registration Sub-District of Mumbai and registered in the books of the Collector of Land Revenue under New Nos. 435 and bearing Cadastral Survey No. 451 of the Fort Division and assessed by the Assessor and Collector of Municipal Corporation under 'A' Ward. The said landed property is ad measuring about 24.25 sq. mt. upon which a building structure is standing consisting of ground + 4 Floors.
