POSSESSION NOTICE
The undersigned being the authorized officer of the DCB Bank Ltd., under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (54 of 2002) and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(12) read with rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued a demand notice on below mentioned dates calling upon the borrowers (Borrower's and Co-Borrower's) to repay the amount mentioned in the notice as detailed below in tabular form with further interest thereon from within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice.
The borrower and Co-Borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borower, Co-Borrower and the public in general that the undersigned has taken physical possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him under sub-section (4) of section 13 of Act read with rule 8 of the Security Interest Rules 2002 on this 02-06-2025.
The borrower, Co-Borrower in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property (Description of the immovable Property) and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the DCB Bank Ltd., for respective amount as mentioned here below. The Borower's attention is invited to provisions of Sub-section (8) of Section 13 of the act, in respect of time available, to redeem the secured assets.

अधोस्वाक्षरी केलेले DCB बँक लि.चे अधिकृत अधिकारी असल्याने, आर्थिक मालमत्तेचे सिक्युरिटायझेशन आणि रिकन्स्ट्रक्शन अँड इनफोर्समेंट ऑफ सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (2002 चा 54) आणि कलम 13(12) अंतर्गत प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करताना सिक्युरिटी इंटरेस्ट (अंमलबजावणी) नियम, 2002 वर उल्लेखित दिनांक 2002 वर उल्लेखित करण्याची मागणी केल्यावर कॉल केला होता. (कर्जदार आणि सह-कर्जदार) नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेली रक्कम खाली तपशिलवार टॅब्युलर फॉर्ममध्ये त्यावरील पुढील व्याजासह परतफेड करण्यासाठी ती नोटीस मिळाल्याच्या तारखेपासून 60 दिवसांच्या आत.
कर्जदार आणि सह-कर्जदार रक्कम परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यास, याद्वारे कर्जदार, सह-कर्जदार आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की या आंतर20 सुरक्षा नियम 20 वरील नियम 8 सह वाचलेल्या कायद्याच्या कलम 13 च्या उप-कलम (4) अंतर्गत त्याला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाली स्वाक्षरी केलेल्याने खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा भौतिक ताबा घेतला आहे. ०२-०६-२०२५.
