It is notified for the information to Public, Banks, Non-Banking Finance Company or any other legal entity or any other individual specifically within the village Gultekad, (T.M.V Colony). Taluka Haveli, District Pune, comes within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation. Whereas, my dient is willing to purchase the property which is described in detail under the schedule given below. In that respect, my dient is under negotiation and discussion with 1) Shri. Subhashchandra Gopalrao Arole, 2) Miss. Avanti Subhashchandra Arole, 3) Mr. Aditya Subhashchandra Arole.
If anyone has any right, title and interest in respect with the said property then it needs to approach us along with the documentary evidence to our office address '103, First Floor of Business Guild, Opposite to Wadeshwar Hotel, Law College Road Pune 411004 within 7 days from the date of publication of the present notice. However, if no one approaches us, as stated above then it shall be presumed that, no one else has any right, site and interest in the said property or they have waived their right, title and interest from the said property unconditionally. Thereafter, no other claim, objection or complaint shall be tenable in respect with the said property and my dient will execute the Sale Deed subsequently.
