POSSESSION NOTICE FOR IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
Whereas the undersigned being the Recovery Officer of the Pune Urban Co-op. Bank Ltd. Pune, under the Maharashtra Co-op. Societies Rules, 1961 issued a Demand Notice dated 29/10/2024 calling upon the Judgment Debtor. Mr. Kailas Rambhau Tathe to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being Rs. 49,64,077/- (+) further interest (Rupees Fourty Nine Lakh Sixty Four Thousand Seventy Seven only) with date of receipt of the said notice and the judgment debtor having failed to repay the amount, the undersigned has issued a notice for attachment dated 14/11/2024 and attached the property described herein below.
The judgment debtor having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the judgment debtor and the public in general that the undersigned has taken possession of the property described hereinbelow in exercise of powers conferred on him under rule 107 (11(d-1)) of Maharashtra Co-op. Societies Rules, 1961 on this day of 27 May 2025. The judgement debtor in particulars and the public in general is here by cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the Pune Urban Co-Op Bank for an amount of Rs. 26,29,337/-and interest there on.

स्थावर मालमत्तेसाठी ताबा सूचना
तर अधोस्वाक्षरी असलेले पुणे अर्बन को-ऑप.चे वसुली अधिकारी आहेत. बँक लि. पुणे, महाराष्ट्र को-ऑप. सोसायटी नियम, 1961 ने 29/10/2024 ची डिमांड नोटीस जारी केली ज्याने निर्णय कर्जदाराला बोलावले. श्री.कैलास रामभाऊ ताठे यांनी नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेली रक्कम रु. 49,64,077/- (+) पुढील व्याज (रु. एकोणतीस लाख चौसष्ट हजार बहात्तर फक्त) सदर नोटीस मिळाल्याच्या तारखेसह आणि निर्णय कर्जदाराने रक्कम परत करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यामुळे, अधोस्वाक्षरीने दिनांक 14/11/2024 रोजी जोडणीसाठी नोटीस जारी केली आहे आणि खाली वर्णन केलेली मालमत्ता येथे जोडली आहे.
निवाड्यातील कर्जदाराने रकमेची परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यामुळे, याद्वारे निर्णय कर्जदाराला आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की महाराष्ट्र को-ऑप.च्या नियम 107 (11(d-1)) अन्वये त्याला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाली स्वाक्षरी केलेल्याने खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा ताबा घेतला आहे. 27 मे 2025 या दिवशी सोसायटी नियम, 1961. तपशीलवार कर्जदार आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे जनतेला या मालमत्तेचा व्यवहार न करण्याची खबरदारी देऊन आणि मालमत्तेशी कोणताही व्यवहार केल्यास पुणे अर्बन को-ऑप बँकेच्या शुल्काच्या अधीन असेल. २६,२९,३३७/- आणि त्यावर व्याज.

शेतजमिनीचे सर्व तुकडे आणि पार्सल adm. 01 हेक्टर 67 आर ते. 167 Aar येथे मुल्यांकन केले. 1 Np. गट क्रमांक 381 पैकी 54.04 हेक्टर 99 आर अधिक पोटखरबा 00 हेक्टर 06 आर म्हणजेच संपूर्ण प्रशासन. 05 हेक्टर 05 Aar, रु.4 Np वर मूल्यांकन. 62 आर आणि गाव बाभुळसर खुर्द, तालुका शिरूर जिल्हा पुणे येथे वसलेले ग्रामपंचायत बाभुळसर हद्दीत आणि सीमा खालीलप्रमाणे
