REF: POSSESSION NOTICE UNDER SUB-RULE (1) OF RULE 8 OF THE SECURITY INTEREST (ENFORCEMENT) RULES, 2002 WHEREAS the undersigned being the Authorized Officer of HOME FIRST FINANCE COMPANY INDIA LIMITED, pursuant to demand notice issued on its respective dates as given below, under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (Act No. 54 of 2002) and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(2) read with rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 calling upon you/Borrowers, the under named to pay outstanding dues as within 60 days from the date of receipt of respective notices. You/Borrowers all, however, have failed to pay the said outstanding dues within stipulated time, hence HOME FIRST FINANCE COMPANY INDIA LIMITED are in exercise and having right as conferred under the provision of sub section (4) of section 13 of SARFAESI ACT 2002 read with rules thereunder, taken POSSESSION of the secured assets as mentioned herein below:

The borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower / Guarantor and the public in general that the undersigned has taken Possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him/her under section 13(4) of the said Act read with rule 8 of the said rule on the date mentioned above.
The BORROWERS/ GUARANTORS and the PUBLIC IN GENERAL are hereby cautioned not to deal with the above referred Properties/Secured Assets or any part thereof and any dealing with the said Properties/Secured Assets shall be subject to charge of HOME FIRST FINANCE COMPANY INDIA LIMITED for the amount mentioned hereinabove against Properties/Secured Assets which is payable with the further interest thereon until payment in full.
The borrower's attention is invited to the provisions of subsection (8) of Section 13 of the Act, in respect of time available to redeem the secured asset.

कर्जदाराची रक्कम परतफेड करण्यात अयशस्वी झाल्यामुळे, याद्वारे कर्जदार/जामीनदार आणि सामान्यत: जनतेला नोटीस देण्यात आली आहे की वर नमूद केलेल्या तारखेला उक्त कायद्याच्या कलम 13(4) नुसार खाली दिलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून खाली वर्णन केलेल्या मालमत्तेचा अधोस्वाक्षरीने ताबा घेतला आहे.
कर्जदार/जामीनदार आणि सामान्य जनतेला याद्वारे सावध केले जाते की वरील संदर्भित मालमत्ता/सुरक्षित मालमत्तेशी किंवा त्यांच्या कोणत्याही भागाशी व्यवहार करू नयेत आणि वरील मालमत्ता/सुरक्षित मालमत्तेशी संबंधित कोणत्याही व्यवहारावर येथे नमूद केलेल्या रकमेसाठी होम फर्स्ट फायनान्स कंपनीचे शुल्क आकारले जाईल. संपत्ती/सुरक्षित मालमत्ता जी पूर्ण देय होईपर्यंत पुढील व्याजासह देय आहे.
सुरक्षित मालमत्तेची पूर्तता करण्यासाठी उपलब्ध वेळेच्या संदर्भात, कायद्याच्या कलम 13 च्या उपकलम (8) च्या तरतुदींकडे कर्जदाराचे लक्ष आमंत्रित केले आहे.
