मी अडवोकेट आसिफ खान पि. अल्ताफ इलाही खान, रा. निजाम कॉलनी ता.जी. नांदेड सर्व जनतेस व संबंधितांना या जाहीर प्रगटनाद्वारे कळवितो कि, माझे वडील अल्ताफ इलाही खान पि. अहमद खान गट क्र. १९३ तुप्पा नांदेड क्षेत्रफळ १० हेक्टर ९१ आर या जमिनीचे नोंदणीकृत खरेदीखत आधारे मालक व काबीजदार आहे. माझ्या वडिलांचे सदर जमिनी बाबत वकील म्हणून मी विविध न्यायालयात विविध अर्ज व याचिका व अपील व जाहीर प्रगटन सॅन २०१९ पासून दाखल करत आहे व वाद युक्तिवाद व इतर सर्व न्यायालयीन काम पाहत आहे. सदर जमिनी बाब मा. उच्च न्यायालय खंडपीठ औरंगाबाद यांचे ड / ४७/२०१८ मध्ये जैसे थे आदेश माझ्या वडिलांचे हक्कात आहे. तसेच सदर जमिनीचा फेरफार क्र. ७५०९ जो माझ्या वडिलांचे नावे होता तो बेकायदेशीर रित्या रद्ध करून त्या जागी बेकायदेशीर फेरफार क्र. ८०८३ एका मरण पावलेल्या व्यक्तीचा नाव टाकून केल्यामुळे फेरफार क्र. ८०८३ मध्ये नमूद ०९ व्यक्तींविरुद्ध नांदेड ग्रामीण पोलीस ठाणे येथे दि. ३०/०३/२०२४ रोजी गुन्हा क्र. ०२६१ नुसार भा.द.वि ४२० व इतर २२ कलमांप्रमाणे गुन्हा नोंद करण्यात आलेला आहे. त्या गुन्हा क्र.०२६१ / २०२४ मध्ये पुरावा नाही म्हणून जे समरी रिपोर्ट पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक यांनी दाखल केले होते ते मा. मुख्य न्याय दंडाधिकारी साहेब यांच्या न्यायालयाने दि. ३१/०५/२०२५ रोजी फेटाळलेले आहे व ९० दिवसात आरोपी विरुद्ध दोषारोपत्र दाखल करण्यासाठी आदेश केलेले आहे. मला असे माहीत झालेले आहे कि आरोपी व भाऊ बंधू व इतर भामटे व षडयंत्र रचणारे माझ्या बाबत सदर जमिनीच्या संदर्भात काहीही अफवा व खोटी माहिती पसरवत आहे कि सदर जमिनीचे मी सौदा चिठ्ठी वगैरह केलेले आहे असे खोटी माहिती पसरवून आरोपी व भाऊ बंधू व इतर भामटे माझ्या विरुद्ध षडयंत्र रचत आहे. सदर जमिनीबाबत मी कोणाशीही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा सौदा वगैरह केलेला नाही. तरी सर्व जनतेस व संबंधितांना या जाहीर प्रगटनद्वारे कळविण्यात येते कि मी माझ्या वडिलांचा पुत्र म्हणून व त्यांचा वकील म्हणून उचित निर्णय घेण्याच्या अधिकार ठेवतो व मी व माझ्या वडिलांनी जमीन गट क्र. १९३ तुप्पा नांदेड क्षेत्रफळ १० हेक्टर ९१ आर बाबत कोणाशीही कोणतेही सौदा चिट्ठी खरेदीखत व इतर कोणतेही व्यवहार केलेले नाही. तसेच सदर जमिनीच्या बेकायदेशीर फेरफार क्र.८०८३ / ७/१२ मध्ये नमूद ०९ आरोपींसोबत व भाऊ बंधू व इतर भामटे सोबत कोणतेही सौदा चिट्ठी व इतर कोणतेही व्यवहार करू नये, केल्यास ते स्वतः जबाबदार राहील व ते फौजदारी प्रक्रिये व दिवाणी न्यायालयाचे प्रक्रिये प्रमाणे उचित कार्यवाहीसाठी पात्र ठरतील व जबाबदार राहील. सबब हे जाहीर प्रगटन दि. ११/०७/२०२५.

I am Advocate Asif Khan P. Altaf Elahi Khan, Res. Nizam Colony T.G. Nanded informs all the people and concerned through this public announcement that my father Altaf Elahi Khan P. AHMED KHAN GROUP NO. 193 Tuppa Nanded is the owner and occupier of this land, area 10 ha 91 R, on the basis of registered purchase deed. As my father's lawyer regarding the said land, I have been filing various applications and petitions and appeals and public statements in various courts since San 2019 and handling arguments and all other court work. The said land matter Hon. The order of High Court Bench Aurangabad in D/47/2018 as per my father's right. Also alteration of the said land no. 7509 which was in my father's name by illegally canceling it and replacing it with illegal alteration no. 8083 due to omission of the name of a deceased person Alteration no. 8083 against 09 persons mentioned in Nanded Rural Police Station dt. On 30/03/2024 case no. According to 0261, a case has been registered under IPC 420 and other 22 sections. As there is no evidence in that case No.0261 / 2024, the summary report which was filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police Hon. Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate. Dismissed on 31/05/2025 and directed to file chargesheet against the accused within 90 days. I have come to know that the accused and brothers and other conspirators are spreading any rumor and false information about me in relation to the said land, that the accused and brothers and other conspirators are conspiring against me by spreading false information that I have made a sale deed etc. of the said land. I have not entered into any kind of deal with anyone regarding the said land. However, all the public and concerned are informed by this public announcement that I as my father's son and as his attorney have the right to take appropriate decision and I and my father have agreed to land plot no. 193 Tuppa Nanded Area 10 Ha 91 R No deed of sale or any other transaction has been done with anyone. Also, no deal letter or any other transaction should be made with the 09 accused and brothers and other Bhamte mentioned in the illegal conversion of the said land No.8083 / 7/12, if he does, he himself will be responsible and he will be eligible and responsible for appropriate action like the criminal process and civil court process.
