मौजे कुंडल, ता. पलूस, जि. सांगली व पंचक्रोशीतील तमाम नागरिकांना, तसेच सर्व स्थानिक वित्तीय संस्था व बँकांना, आमचे अशिलांनी दिले माहिती अधिकार व सूचनेनुसार व दाखविले कागदपत्रावरुन मी अॅड. सोमनाथ रामचंद्र पाटील, रा. पलूस या जाहीर नोटीसीने कळविणेत येते की, १) मिळकतीचे वर्णन : अ) जिल्हा तुकडी व जिल्हा परिषद सांगली, तालुका पोटतुकडी व पंचायत समिती पलूस पैकी मौजे कुंडल येथील शमीम जमीर मुल्ला यांचा खाते नं. २५२७, गट नं. १६३८, क्षेत्र ० हे. १० आर, आकार रु. ५० पै. संपूर्ण मिळकत.
२) वर कलम १ मध्ये नमूद केलेली मिळकत ही शमीम जमीर मुल्ला यांची मालकी | हक्क कब्जेवहिवाटीची मिळकत होती व आहे. सदर मिळकतीचे ७/१२ पत्रकी मालक सदरी त्यांचे नांवाची नोंद संपूर्ण क्षेत्रास असून वर नमूद मिळकत आमचे अशिलांना विक्री करणार आहेत. त्याबाबत त्यांनी आमचे अशिलांशी करारपत्रही केले आहे व इसारती दाखल रोखीने भरीव अशी रक्कम त्यांना दिलेली असून खरेदी व्यवहार करण्याचे ठरविले आहे.
३) नमूद वर वर्णन केलेली मिळकत ही निर्बंध, र्निजोखमी, तसेच बोजारहित असलेचा निर्वाळा सदर मिळकत मालकांनी आमचे अशिलांना दिलेला आहे. तसेच सदर मिळकतीवर कोणाचाही, कसलाही हक्क, हितसंबंध, कर्ज बोजा तसेच अन्य कोणाही बरोबर लेखी अथवा तोंडी करार, मदार, तसेच सदर मिळकतीवर कोणताही हुकूमनामा, जप्ती, पोटगी आदेश, कर्ज, गहाण, दान, वारसा, कुळहक्क, लीज डीड, तसेच सदरची मिळकत ही कोणत्याही शासकीय आदेशाने विक्रीस निबंधीत स्लॅब पात्र नसलेची व सदरची मिळकत पूर्णपणे विक्रीयोग्य, कायदेशीर हस्तातरणास पात्र असलेची, तसेच सदरची मिळकत ही कोणत्याही दाव्याचा वादविषय नसल्याबाबत ग्वाही सदरचे मिळकत मालकांनी आमचे अशिलांना दिलेली आहे.
सबब तमाम लोकांना या जाहीर नोटीसीने कळविणेत येते की, वर नमूद केलेल्या मिळकती संदर्भात कोणाचेही, कसल्याही प्रकारचे हक्क अथवा हितसंबंध असलेस त्यांनी सदरची नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झालेपासून आठ दिवसांचे आत वर नमूद पत्त्यावर जरूर त्या मूळ कागदपत्रासह भेट घेऊन आमची खात्री पटवून द्यावी. उपरोक्त मुदतीत कोणाचीही, कसलीही तक्रार न आलेस सदरची मिळकत ही निवेंध, र्निजोखमी, व बोजारहित आहे, तसेच कोणाचा काहीही हक्क असलेस तो त्यांनी सोडून दिला आहे, असे गृहीत धरुन आमचे अशिल खरेदीचा व्यवहार पूर्ण करतील. मुदतीनंतर आलेल्या तक्रारीचा विचार केला जाणार नाही, तसेच सदरची तक्रार आमचे अशिलांवर बंधनकारक राहणार नाही, याची नोंद घ्यावी. म्हणून दिली जाहीर नोटीस असे.

Mauje Kundal, Palus, Dist. To all the citizens of Sangli and Panchkroshi, as well as to all local financial institutions and banks, according to the information rights and instructions given by our subjects and from the document shown, I Adv. Somnath Ramchandra Patil, Res. Palus by this public notice, 1) Description of income : a) Account no of Shamim Jamir Mulla of Mauje Kundal of Zilla Tukdi and Zilla Parishad Sangli, Taluka Pottukdi and Panchayat Samiti Palus. 2527, Group no. 1638, Area 0 Ha. 10 R, size Rs. 50 Pa. Total income.
2) The income mentioned in Clause 1 above belongs to Shamim Jamir Mulla The right was and is the proceeds of possession. 7/12 Owners of the said income have registered their name in the entire area and are going to sell the above mentioned income to our owners. In this regard, they have also entered into an agreement with our clients and have given them a substantial amount in cash as proof of deposit and have decided to do the purchase transaction.
3) The income described above is free from restrictions, risks, and encumbrances, and the said income is granted by the owners to our clients. Also, no one, any right, interest, debt encumbrance, any written or oral agreement with anyone else, madar, any decree, confiscation, alimony order, loan, mortgage, donation, inheritance, clan right, lease deed on the said income, also the said income is not eligible for sale as a slab by any government order and the said income is fully marketable, eligible for legal transfer, and the said income is any Affidavit of non-dispute of the claim that the said proceeds have been given by the owners to our respondents.
All the people are informed by this public notice that anyone who has any kind of right or interest in relation to the above mentioned income should meet us at the above mentioned address with the original document within eight days from the publication of the said notice. If there is no complaint from anyone within the above term, our agents will complete the purchase transaction assuming that the said proceeds are free of charge, risk, and encumbrance, and that they have waived any rights they may have. It should be noted that the complaint received after the deadline will not be considered, and the said complaint will not be binding on us. Therefore, a public notice was given.
