आमचे अशिल रमजान कासम तांबोळी, रा. खानापूर, ता. खानापूर, जि. सांगली यांनी | दाखविले कागदपत्रावरुन दिले माहिती व अधिकारावरुन, तुम्ही अॅड. व्ही.जी. गोसावी, रा. विटा यांचेमार्फत दि. ९/४/२०२५ रोजीचे दै. जनप्रवास या वर्तमानपत्रात प्रसिध्द केलेल्या जाहीर नोटीसीस या उत्तरी जाहीर नोटीशीने कळविण्यात येते की,
अॅड. व्ही. जी. गोसावी, रा. विटा यांचेमार्फत दि. ९/४/२०२५ रोजीचे दै. जनप्रवास या वर्तमानपत्रात प्रसिध्द केलेली जाहीर नोटीस व त्यामधील संपूर्ण मजकूर धांदात खोटा, लबाडीचा व दिशाभूल करणारा असून तो आमचे अशिलांना मान्य नाही, कबूल नाही.
मौजे खानापूर, ता. खानापूर, जि. सांगली येथील जमीन मिळकत गट नं. १२७, क्षेत्र २ हे. ८४ आर, पो.ख. ०हे. २४आर, आकार १रु.५६ पैसे या मिळकतीशी दिलीपसिंग मारुती रजपूत यांचा कोणताही व कसलाही हक्क, हितसंबंध नव्हता व नाही. वरील मिळकतीमध्ये आमचे अशिलांचीच पुर्वीपासून कब्जे वहिवाट होती व आहे. सदरच्या मिळकतीमध्ये आमचे अशिल पिके घेवून उत्पन्न घेत आलेले होते व आहेत. वरील मिळकतीस सुरुवातीपासून आजअखेर आमचे अशिलांचेच नावाची नोंद होती व आहे. केवळ गावातील विघ्नसंतोषी लोकांना हाताशी धरून आमचे अशिलांना त्रास देणेसाठी खोटी व लबाडीची नोटीस दिलेली असून ती आमचे अशिलांचे हक्कावर बंधनकारक होत नव्हती व नाही.
वरील मिळकतीमध्ये दिलीपसिंग मारुती रजपूत यांचा कोणताही, कसलाही हक्क, हितसंबंध अगर कब्जा नसलेने वरील मिळकतीबाबत दिलेली नोटीस ही खोटी व लबाडीची आहे. सदर जाहीर नोटीसीस उत्तर देणे आमचे अशिलावर बंधनकारक नव्हते. परंतु कोणतीही तांत्रिक अडचण राहू नये म्हणून खुलासाकरिता सदरची उत्तरी नोटीस देण्यात येत आहे.
तरी या उत्तरी जाहीर नोटीसीने कळविण्यात येते की, दिलीपसिंग मारुती रजपूत यांनी प्रसिध्द केलेली जाहीर नोटीस ही खोटी, लबाडीची व दिशाभूल करणारी असून अशा नोटीशीद्वज्ञरे कोणाचीही फसवणूक होवू नये म्हणून तमाम लोकांचे माहितीकरिता दिली ही उत्तरी जाहीर नोटीस असे.

In the above income, we have been and are in possession of the property from before. In the said income, our ashils were and are getting income by taking crops. From the beginning to the end of the above income, the name of our ashil was and is. A false and deceitful notice was given only to take the disaffected people of the village by the hand to harass our subjects and it was not and is not binding on the rights of our subjects.
Dilipsingh Maruti Rajput has no right, interest or possession in the above income and the notice given regarding the above income is false and fraudulent. We were not obliged to respond to the said public notice. But to avoid any technical problem, the said northern notice is being given for disclosure.
However, this northern public notice informs that the public notice published by Dilip Singh Maruti Rajput is false, fraudulent and misleading and this northern public notice is given for the information of all people so that no one is deceived by such notices.
