सर्व लोकांना या जाहीर नोटीसीद्वारे कळविण्यात येते की खालील वर्णनाची मिळकत तिचे मालक श्री गुणाजी लक्ष्मण देशमुख व सौ. योगिता गुणाजी देशमुख रा. दोघे कर्जत यांच्याकडुन कायमचे खरेदीकरण्याचे ठरविले आहे.

वरील जमीन मिळकत सव्हें नं ५४ / १ एकुण ०.२८.३० गुंठे जागा विकत घेणार आहेत. तरी जमीन मिळकतीशी कोणत्याही इसमाचा अगर संस्थेचा ताबा बयाणा पावती, साठेकरार, गहाणखात, दान, भाडेपट्टा, लीज अथवा इतर कोणत्याही प्रकारचा कायदेशीर हक्क हितसंबंध असल्यास आणि त्यांची आमचे अशिलाच्या खरेदीच्या व्यवहारात हरकत असल्यास त्यांनी तसे आम्हास ही नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासुन १० दिवसाच्या आत लेखीपुराव्यासह खाली नमुद केलेल्या पत्त्यावर कळवावे. वरील मिळकतीशी कोणतीही हरकत न घेतल्यास वरील मिळकतीशी कोणत्याही इसमाचा अगर संस्थेचा कसलेही प्रकारचा हक्क हितसंबंध त्यानी आमचे अशिलाच्या लाभात सोडुन दिलेला असुन त्यांनी आमचे अशिलाच्या खरेदीच्या व्यवहारास कोणतीही हरकत नाही असे समजण्यात येऊन आमचे अशिल खरेदीचा व्यवहार पुर्ण करतील मागाहून कोणतीही तक्रार विचारात घेतली जाणार नाही. येणेप्रमाणे जाहीर सुचना आहे.
