वर नमुद केलेली मिळकत ही अबुबकर बिलाल कास्कर यांच्या मालकीची | व प्रत्यक्ष कब्जेवहिवाटीची मिळकत आहे. मिळकत मालकाने सदर मिळकत | टायटल क्लिअरन्स सर्टीफेकेट देण्याचे आमच्याकडे मागणी केली आहे. टायटल क्लिअरन्स सर्टीफेकेट देण्यापुर्वी मिळकतीचे निर्वधनपणे तपासणी करणेकामी जाहीर नोटीस प्रसिद्ध केली आहे.
तथापी वर नमुद मिळकतीबाबत उपरोक्त मालकांव्यतिरीक्त कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा गहान, दान, लिज, बक्षीसपत्र अथवा कोणत्याही प्रकारच्या दस्ताऐवजाने अथवा अन्य कोणत्याही प्रकारचा बोजा असल्यास अथवा लेखी व तोडी बोलीने जडजोखमीने कोर्टाच्या मनाई हुकुमाने अगर कोणत्याही विषयात अगर स्वरूपात गुंतवलेली असल्यास त्यांनी सदर नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासुन चौदा (१४) दिवसांच्या आत खालील नमुद कार्यालयात मुदतीत सांक्षाकित पुराव्याचे कागदपत्रासह लेखी हरकत नोंदवावी. मुदतीत कोणतही कोणाचीही | हरकत न आल्यास मिळकत बोजारहित आहे असे समजण्यात येईल.
मुदतीनंतर येणारी हरकत तसेच परस्पर वर्तमानपत्रात प्रसिद्ध होणारी हरकत | सदर मिळकतीचे टायटल बंधनकारक राहणार नाही. सदरील मालकास टायटल क्लिअरचे सर्टिफीकेट देण्यात येईल. ही जाहीर नोटीस कळवावे. सदर नोटीस प्रसिद्ध करण्यास माझी संमती आहे.
