सर्व लोकांस या जाहीर नोटीसीने कळविण्यात येते की, आमचे अशिल सुधाकर मोरेश्वर नाईक, बाळाराम मोरेश्वर नाईक व सिताराम मोरेश्वर नाईक यांचे मालकीची ताबेकब्जा वहिवाटीची, मौजे म्हात्रोळी, ता. अलिबाग, जि. रायगड, गट नं. २२६/१/२, एकुण क्षेत्र २-३१ ९० हे. आर. पैकी क्षेत्र २-०७-२० हे. आर. अशा वर्णनाची मिळकत आहे. सदरहु मिळकती पैकी क्षेत्र १-०५-०० हे. आर. इतकी मिळकत आमचे अशिलांनी दिनांक ०६ / ११ / २०२३ रोजीच्या अनोंदणीकृत साठेकराराने श्री. प्रसाद रजनीकांत शेठ रा. प्लॉट नं. २४७, फ्लॅट नं. ३, १ ला मजला, अमृत टॉवर, तळेगाव रोड, वेलणकरच्या मागे, माटुंगा पुर्व, मुंबई ४०० ०१९ यांना विकत देण्याची ठरविलेली होती. परंतु सदर मिळकतीचा व्यवहार साठेकरारातील अटी व शर्तीनुसार प्रसाद शेठ यांनी मुदतीत न केल्यामुळे सदरचा व्यवहार आमचे अशिलंनी रद्द केला असुन तशा आशयाची रजिस्टर नोटीस आमचे अशिलांनी श्री. प्रसाद रजनीकांत शेठ यांना दिनांक ०२/०४/२०२४ रोजी पाठविलेली होती. व सदरची नोटीस प्रसाद शेठ यांनी दिनांक ०५/०४/२०२४ रोजी स्विकारलेली आहे. आमचे अशिलांनी प्रसाद शेठ यांच्याकडुन कोणत्याही प्रकारचा मोबदला स्विकारलेला नव्हता व नाही. आमचे अशिल व प्रसाद शेठ यांच्या दरम्यान झालेला व्यवहार संपुष्टात आलेला असताना सुद्धा श्री. प्रसाद शेठ यांनी अॅड. निखील राजाराम पाटील यांच्यामार्फत दिनांक १५/०२/२०२५ रोजीच्या 'रायगड टाइम्स' व दिनांक २०/०२/२०२५ रोजीच्या रत्नागिरी टाईम्स रायगड आवृत्ती' या वृत्तपत्रामध्ये खोटी व खोडसाळ जाहीर नोटीस प्रसिद्ध केलेली आहे. सदरची जाहिर नोटीस आमच्या अशिलांना मान्य व कबुल नाही. आमच्या अशिलांनी १५ / ०२ / २०२५ रोजीच्या रायगड | टाइम्स व दिनांक २०/०२/२०२५ रोजीच्या 'रत्नागिरी टाईम्स रायगड आवृत्ती मधील जाहिर नोटीशीस रितसर लेखी हरकत घेतलेली आहे.
तरी या नोटीशीने कळविण्यात येते की, आमचे अशिलांचे मालकीचे वर नमुद मिळकतीशी श्री. प्रसाद शेठ यांचा कोणताही हक्क व हितसंबंध नाही. आमचे अशिल त्यांची मिळकत त्रयस्थ इसमांस विकण्यास मोकळे आहेत.

It is by this public notice to inform all the public that the possession of the property owned by our Ashil Sudhakar Moreswar Naik, Balaram Moreswar Naik and Sitaram Moreswar Naik, Mauje Mhatroli, Tt. Alibaug, Dist. Raigad, Group no. 226/1/2, total area 2-31 90 ha. R. Out of area 2-07-20. R. There is income of such a description. Area 1-05-00 of the said income. R. This amount of income has been transferred by us to Shri. Prasad Rajinikanth Sheth Res. Plot no. 247, Flat no. 3, 1st Floor, Amrit Tower, Talegaon Road, Behind Velankar, Matunga East, Mumbai 400 019. But due to the fact that Prasad Sheth did not complete the transaction of the said income within the time limit as per the terms and conditions of the deposit agreement, the said transaction was canceled by our client and a register notice of such content was sent by our client to Mr. Sent to Prasad Rajinikanth Sheth on 02/04/2024. And the said notice has been accepted by Prasad Sheth on 05/04/2024. Our respondents had not and have not accepted any form of remuneration from Prasad Sheth. Even when the transaction between our Ashil and Prasad Sheth has ended, Mr. Prasad Sheth Adv. A false and fraudulent public notice has been published by Nikhil Rajaram Patil in the newspaper 'Raigad Times' dated 15/02/2025 and Ratnagiri Times Raigad Edition dated 20/02/2025. The said public notice is not acceptable and acceptable to our clients. Raigad on 15 / 02 / 2025 Times and the published notice in 'Ratnagiri Times Raigad Edition dated 20/02/2025 has been duly objected in writing.
However, by this notice, it is informed that our property belonging to Mr. Prasad Sheth has no right or interest. Our customers are free to sell their earnings to third parties.
