फेर निविदा शेत जमीन विकणे आहे श्री अंबादेवी संस्थान, अमरावती (रजि.नं. ४२९ अ / अम)
श्री अंबादेवी संस्थानचे दि.११/०६/२०२३ व २२/१०/२०२३ च्या आमसभेत पारित झालेल्या ठरावानुसार सर्वानुमते जीर्णोद्धार व बांधकामासाठी निधी उभा करण्यासाठी श्री अंबादेवी संस्थानच्या मालकीची खालील मिळकत / प्रॉपर्टी "आहे त्या स्थितीत विकणे आहे.
न्यासाची मिळकत
मिळकतीचे वर्णन:- श्री अंबादेवी संस्थान अमरावतीची पेठ अमरावती ता.जि. अमरावती येथील शेत सर्व्हे नं. ११२ / १२ हे. ६१ आर ही जमिन ज्याच्या चतुःसीमा खालील प्रमाणे
पुर्वेस - सर्व्हे नं. ११३/३ मालू लेआऊट, पश्चिमेस - सर्व्हे नं. १११ विष्णूजी अंबाडकर यांची जमीन, दक्षिणेस- सर्व्हे नं. ११५/२ मीना पुंडलीक यांचे शेत, उत्तरेस- सर्व्हे नं. १०९ गजानन | टाकरखेडे यांचे शेत.
सदर जाहीर सूचनेनुसार इच्छुक खरेदीदार यांनी ही जाहीरात प्रसिद्ध झालेपासून दि.३१/१२/२०२३ च्या सायं. ५.०० वाजेपर्यंत श्री अंबादेवी संस्थानच्या कार्यालयात बंद लिफाफ्यात सादर करावे.
नियम व अटी :- १) लेखी मागणी प्रस्ताव सिलबंद लिफाफ्यात दि.३१/१२/२०२३ पर्यंत कार्यालयात सादर करावेत. सोबत ५ लाख रु. चा श्री अंबादेवी संस्थानच्या नावे डिमांड ड्राफ्ट जोडावा. लिफाफ्यावर आवेदकाने नाव, ड्राफ्ट नं. तसेच बँकेचे नाव नमूद असावे. २) संस्थेनी सादर मिळकतीसाठी राखीव मूल्य निर्धारित केले असून ते संस्थेच्या कार्यालयात पाहता येईल. ३) निविदा अर्ज संस्थानच्या कार्यालयात रु.२०० /- रोख भरुन प्राप्त करता येतील. ४) अंतिम मुदत झाल्यानंतर कोणतेही प्रस्ताव स्वीकारल्या जाणार नाहीत. तसेच प्रस्ताव धारकांना प्रस्ताव लिफाफे उघडण्याची तारिख व वेळ कळविण्यात येईल. इच्छुकांना एका पेक्षा जास्त प्रस्ताव सादर करता येतील. मात्र ते वेगवेगळ्या फॉर्मवर एकाच लिफाफ्यात सादर करता येतील. ५) प्रस्तुत निविदा संस्थांनचे नियुक्त प्रतिनिधी तसेच धर्मादाय आयुक्त यांचे प्रतिनिधीचे उपस्थितीत उघडण्यात येतील व त्यानंतर लिलाव प्रक्रियेला सुरुवात होईल. आलेल्या निविदा स्वीकारणे अथवा नामंजुर करण्याचे सर्व अधिकार संस्थानला राहतील. ६) राखीव मूल्याखालील प्राप्त निविदा सरसकट नाकारण्यात येतील. ७) ज्यांचा प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत झाला असेल त्याला ७ दिवसाचे आत प्रस्तावाच्या ३०% रक्कम भरुन इसार करावा लागेल. तसेच निर्धारित ६ | महिन्यांच्या कालावधीत खरेदी उचलावी लागेल. खरेदीचा सर्व खर्च हा खरेदीदाराला उचलावा लागेल. ८) अंतिम खरेदी ही धर्मादाय आयुक्तांच्या परवानगी नंतरच करुन देण्यात येईल. ९) कुठलाही किंवा सर्वच प्रस्ताव हे कुठल्याही कारणाशिवाय नाकारण्याचा तसेच लिलाव प्रक्रिया रद्द करण्याचा अधिकार श्री अंबादेवी संस्थान | विश्वस्त मंडळाने राखून ठेवला आहे. तसेच नाकारलेल्या प्रस्तावाची रक्कम बिनव्याजी परत करण्यात येईल. १०) या संदर्भात विश्वस्त मंडळ व मा. धर्मादाय आयुक्त यांचा आदेश अंतिम समजण्यात येईल. ११) गरजुंनी श्री अंबादेवी संस्थान यांचेशी अधिक माहितीसाठी संपर्क साधावा. दूरभाष क्र. ०७२१/२५६१५१५ सर्व विश्वस्त मंडळातर्फे

Re tender is to sell farm land to Shree Ambadevi Sansthan, Amravati (Reg.No.429 A / Am).
As per the resolution passed in the General Assembly dated 11/06/2023 and 22/10/2023 of Shri Ambadevi Sansthan, the following income/property owned by Shri Ambadevi Sansthan is to be sold "as is" to raise funds for renovation and construction.
Income of the trust
Description of Income:- Shree Ambadevi Sansthan Amravati Peth Amravati Distt. Farm Survey No. at Amravati. 112 / 12. 61 R is the land whose boundaries are as follows
Purves - Survey no. 113/3 Malu Layout, West - Survey no. 111 Land of Vishnuji Ambadkar, South- Survey no. 115/2 Farm of Meena Pundalik, North-Survey no. 109 Gajanan | Takarkhede's farm.
According to the said public notice, the interested buyers have since the publication of this notice on the evening of 31/12/2023. It should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of Shri Ambadevi Sansthan by 5.00 pm.
Terms and Conditions :- 1) Written demand proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office by 31/12/2023. 5 lakh along with Rs. A demand draft in favor of Shri Ambadevi Sansthan should be attached. Name of the applicant on the envelope, draft no. Also the name of the bank should be mentioned. 2) The organization has fixed the reserve value for the income presented and it can be seen in the office of the organization. 3) Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Institute by paying Rs.200/- in cash. 4) No proposals will be accepted after the deadline. Also, the proposal holders will be informed about the date and time for opening the proposal envelopes. Candidates can submit more than one proposal. But they can be submitted on different forms in one envelope. 5) The submitted tenders will be opened in the presence of the designated representatives of the institutions as well as the representatives of the Charity Commissioner and thereafter the auction process will commence. The Institute reserves all rights to accept or reject tenders received. 6) Tenders received below the reserve value will be summarily rejected. 7) Those whose proposal is accepted will have to pay 30% of the proposal amount within 7 days. Also determined 6 | The purchase will have to be picked up over a period of months. All purchase costs are to be borne by the buyer. 8) The final purchase will be made only after the permission of the Charity Commissioner. 9) The right to reject any or all proposals without any reason and to cancel the auction process Shree Ambadevi Sansthan | Retained by the Board of Trustees. Also the amount of rejected proposal will be refunded without interest. 10) In this regard, the Board of Trustees and Hon.
