तरी या स्थावर मालमत्ते बाबत कोणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क, गहाणपत्र, कर्ज, बोझा, अधिकार, बक्षिस, विक्रीपत्र, करारनामा, मुखत्यारपत्र, वारसा हक्क किंवा इतर अन्य हक्क असेल तर त्यांनी ही सूचना प्रकाशित झालेल्या तारखेपासून ७ दिवसाच्या आत खालील दिलेल्या पत्यावर व मोबाईल नंबर वर आपला आक्षेप हरकत, दावा, तक्रार सादर करावा/ संपर्क साधावा. मुदतीनंतर आलेल्या कोणत्याही प्रकारचा हक्क, आक्षेप पुरावा ग्राहय धरल्या जाणार नाही. व सौद्या संबंधी पुढील कार्यवाही करण्यात येईल. याची नोंद घ्यावी.

Nagpur has decided to enter into a transaction for the purchase of the following immovable property owned by him. :: Description of Immovable Property :: Mauja- Mhsala, Teh. Kamthi, District Nagpur P.H.No. 15, Survey no. 4/1, 3870 Sq. meters (41641.2 sq. ft.) of land reserved for Public Purposes (PU) in private institutions.
However, if anyone has any kind of right, mortgage, loan, encumbrance, right, prize, sale deed, contract, power of attorney, inheritance right or any other right regarding this immovable property, they should submit their objection, claim, complaint to the following address and mobile number within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.
