• आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है की, मेरे पक्षकार नामे मोहम्मद आमीर मोहम्मद मुस्ताक खान, रहना नागपुर इन्होने निम्नलिखित स्थावर संपत्ति के मालक श्रीमती लिलाबाई चरणदास वाघमारे इनकी ओर से आममुखत्यार श्री दिनेश लल्लुप्रसाद यादव, रहना प्लॉट नं. ७७, दिपक नगर, नारी रोड, उप्पलवाडी, नागपुर इनके मालकी एवं कब्जे में स्थित प्लॉट खरीदने हेतु टोकन व्दारा सौदा पक्का किया है। जिसका वर्णन निम्नलिखित है।
प्लॉट का वर्णन
नागपुर सुधार प्रन्यास व नागपुर महानगर पालिका के अंतर्गत मौजा नारी, प.ह.नं. ११, शिट नं. ९४९/५६, नगर भुमापन क. ८९, तह, नागपुर शहर व जि. नागपुर स्थित खसरा नंबर ८९, १३ / ९ व ९४ / १ की जगह पर ख्वाजा गरीब नवाज को-ऑपरेटिव्ह हाऊसिंग सोसायटी लि. नागपुरने डाले हुये लेआऊट में स्थित प्लॉट नं. १४३ इसकी लंबाई चौडाई पुरब- पश्चिम ३० फिट व उत्तर-दक्षिण ६५ फिट इसतरह कुल क्षेत्रफल १९५० चौरस फिट (१८१.२२ चौरस मिटर) है।
उपरोक्त स्थावर संपत्ति प्लॉटबाबत यदि किसी व्यक्ति, संस्था, तथा निजी या सरकारी संस्था का किसी भी प्रकार का करार, टोकन, मालिकाना हक दावा, उजर, दानपत्र, करारनामा, हस्तांतरण, बक्षिसपत्र, वसीयत, वारसान हक्क या बॅन्क, खाजगी, सरकारी, निमसरकारी, वित्तीय संस्था का कर्ज, बोझा, गिरवी, कोर्ट कार्यवाही व्दारा वाद विवाद होने पर यह जाहीर सुचना प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से सात (७) दिन के भित्र निचे लिखित पते पर मूल दस्तावेजों के साथ संपर्क करे। इसके बाद किसी भी प्रकार का दावा या तकार पर विचार नही किया जायेगा तथा मेरे पक्षकार पर कोई भी कानूनन कार्यवाही लागु नही होगी तथा मेरे पक्षकार स्थावर संपत्ति बाबत करारनामा या विक्रीपत्र पंजीयन करवा लेगें इसके बाद इस व्यवहार संबंधित किसी का दावा, उजर के लिए मेरे पक्षकार जिम्मेदार नहीं रहेंगे तथा मेरे पक्षकार के नाम पंजियन बिक्रीपत्र किया जाएगा।

Khasra No. 89, 13 / 9 and 94 / 1 located at Nagpur Khwaja Garib Nawaz Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Plot no. 143 Its length, width, east-west 30 feet and north-south 65 feet, total area is 1950 square feet (181.22 square meters).
In case of any kind of contract, token, ownership claim, deed, donation, agreement, transfer, gift deed, will, inheritance rights or any dispute by any person, organization, private or government organization regarding the above real estate plot, loan, encumbrance, mortgage, court proceedings of any bank, private, government, semi-government, financial institution, contact with the original documents at the following written address within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this public notice. do it After this, no claim of any kind will be considered and no legal action will be taken against my party and my party will register the agreement or sale deed regarding the immovable property.
