सर्व आम जनतेस या जाहीर सुचनेद्वारे सुचित करण्यात येत आहे की, मी नैनिका मिलिंद बंसोड लग्नानंतर नैनिका अमित खोब्रागडे), रा. नागपुर ने १) श्री नितिन प्रभाकरराव सोनवणे, ने रा. खापरी रेल्वे, तह. जि. नागपुर आणि २) श्री संजय केशवराव भोयर, रा. शंकरपुर, तह. जि. नागपुर यांच्या मालकी कब्जातील खालील वर्णन केलेली स्थावर मालमत्ता खरेदी करण्याचा करार केलेला आहे. स्थावर मालमतेचे वर्णन :- खास मौजा शंकरपुर बोडखी, प.ह.नं. ४२, ग्राम पंचायत वेळा हरिचंद्र, तह. नागपूर (ग्रामिण ) व जि. नागपूर येथिल खसरा नं. ३३ / २ यात पाडलेल्या लेआऊट मधील प्लॉट नं. ८१, याचे एकुण क्षेत्रफळ १२३२ चौ. फुट (११४.४९८ चौ.मी.) व यावर केलेले बांधकाम. याची चतुर्सिमा पुर्वेस २० फूट रूंदची रोड, पश्चिमेस प्लॉट नं. ७०, उत्तरेस प्लॉट नं. ८२, दक्षिणेस प्लॉट नं. ८०. उपरोक्त वर्णन केलेल्या स्थावर मालमत्तेबाबत जर कुणाचा संबंध, गहाण, बँकेचे कर्ज, बोझा, वारसान हक्क, अधिकार व इतर काही असल्यास त्यांनी दिलेल्या जाहीराती पासुन ७ दिवसाचे आत लीखीत कागद पत्रासहीत पुराव्यासह समक्ष भेटावे. दिलेल्या मुदतीनंतर मी विक्रीपत्र करुन घेईल व त्यानंतर या स्थावर मालमत्तेबाबत कुणाचाही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा उजर राहणार नाही.

It is hereby notified to all common people that I Nainika Milind Bansod after marriage Nainika Amit Khobragade), Res. Nagpur 1) Shri Nitin Prabhakarrao Sonwane, Res. Khapri Railway, Teh. Dist. Nagpur and 2) Shri Sanjay Keshavrao Bhoyer, Res. Shankarpur, Teh. Dist. An agreement has been entered into to purchase the following described immovable property in possession of Nagpur. Description of immovable property :- Khas Mauja Shankarpur Bodkhi, P.H.No. 42, Gram Panchayat times Harichandra, Teh. Nagpur (Rural) and Dist. Nagpur Yethil Khasra no. 33 / 2 Plot No. in the laid out layout. 81, its total area is 1232 sq. ft. (114.498 sq.m.) and the construction done thereon. Chatursima 20 feet wide road on the east, plot no. on the west. 70, north plot no. 82, south plot no. 80. If anyone has any relation, mortgage, bank loan, encumbrance, inheritance rights, rights and anything else with respect to the above described immovable property, they should meet in person with written evidence within 7 days from the announcement. After the given period, I will execute the sale deed and after that no one will have any kind of claim regarding this immovable property.
